Really great food, and a fun experience getting to see (and smell!) the food getting grilled right in front of me! Very friendly and fast service, generous portions, and we enjoy the shaded outdoors seating at Waterford Lakes. When getting a meal, the ultimate fries are just a dollar more than the regular fries and worth it — lots of cheesy bacony goodness! Even the shakes are a pretty good deal – more shake for the buck than certain fast food stops in the area. On our latest trip, we tried out the bourbon chicken cheesesteak, and it was delicious! I hope that option stays around for a while. 🙂

The Philly cheesesteak Is to die for the beef is very juicy and the flavors just blend very well together. I enjoyed my visit to Charley’s today as I haven’t eaten at one since before the pandemic when I was doing things around malls and this place was clean, helpful and here’s the best part…. The sandwich and fries look like the pictures. I’m so used to barely getting any cheese so I ordered a side of extra cheese and ranch and well we’ll if this ultimate fries wasn’t loaded already with all the good stuff. Pleasantly surprised. The employees were cool and food was for some reason decent it definitely tastes better at their Ocala location the shakes were good and they have a special for their chicken subs and fries. The fries are solid and the jalapeños are definitely a nice optional touch especially with the 3 cheeses and bacon

The customer service has consistently gone down since opening. Today was the worst ever. Ordered 40 boneless wings and paid. Was asked to go to the pick up space which isn’t uncommon and not a big deal. Normally takes 5 to 10 minutes to get the order when it happens After 10 minutes we were told it would be another 6 minutes. During that time 4 other families were served from the pick up parking and probably a total of 8 families all together including the drive through. After another 10 minutes went in because my sister had to pick up her son. So I had to leave and come back because 20+ minutes wasn’t enough time to complete my family’s order. I told them they should have a few fries and sift drinks waiting for the severe inconvenience. I come back and check for sauces. They notoriously forget to give you any and for some reason that 1 sauce is good for 20 wings unless you want to pay more. I look inside my bag to check and they gave me 2 of the wrong sauce for 40 boneless wings. When I asked for it to be corrected I was handed 1. I told them I need more than one for 40 wings and a family of 4. After this becoming a 40 minute trip for a location a little over a mile from home I asked where the fries and drinks were for the inconvenience. I was handed 1 small fry. I said that doesn’t correct the mistakes of today. I was told if I wanted more I could buy them. Sk I could wait another 10 or 20 minutes. I told the manager it was unacceptable customer service and if that was his solution I wasn’t coming back anymore. He said good we don’t need your business dont come back anymore and have a good day. I hope the owner reads this and contacts me.

Kinda of pricey. You get a decent amount of food however the atmosphere isn’t made up for because of it. The staff seemed lazy and unenergetic. One person looked like they were working while the others where having a great time talking. Food was okay in terms of quality. It reeked of burning oil in the resteraunt which was very unenjoyable as I ate. Wouldnt come back but I wouldn’t deter someone from here if they said they wanted to try it.
