30-minute wait for a cheesesteak that was made incorrectly. My daughter and I finished ours first, and then my wife notices her 2nd half has mold on the bread. The lady said she’d make her a new one, yo give her two minutes, when My wife went back up the lady acted like she didn’t know who she was. It was very weird and terrible.

After eating the first half of her incorrectly made sandwich, my wife noticed the spots of mold on her sandwich. My daughter and I had just finished ours. I’m hoping the whole family doesn’t get sick. Took over 30 minutes to get our order. Very disorganized.

Food is great, staff is not! Girl at register is literally face timing with someone while at the same time kind of taking my order, absolutely not friendly in any way at all and overall just acts as if I’m annoying her by spending my money there which in turn gives her a way to make money. But that’s pretty much par for course nowadays at FF restaurants in this country. Our best times and people are long behind us.

The food was great! Only reason for the one star the girl at the cash register was bothered by us coming up to place an order. Didn’t want to be there. Would not speak.
