Staff working at noon on 9/1 was awfully rude. I had a pick up order I could clearly see was on the counter – when I asked if that was my order the woman working yelled “I can’t hear you, give me a minute” – but of course she couldn’t hear me because she had her headphones in. I looked at the receipt to confirm that it was mine and the woman yelled at me in a nasty tone, completely unprofessional.

The customer service is horrible. The “general manger” ( the lady that always have the bob braids )at this location has a very nasty and unprofessional attitude . Instead of using conflict resolution skills she rather get loud, make hand gestures in your face, and refuse service. I normally don’t make complaints but at the same time I have never experienced such low class, loud, and ghetto service like this; especially from a “general manger”. There has been multiple complaints about this lady and Charley’s still has her as the “face” of the Northlake Mall location which is horrible

This is the worst experience ever, I placed an order through UE got there and the woman was so unprofessional. The food was cold and she refused to remake it . She wanted an order number but it was not visible. I dont work for Uber or fadt food. She refused to provide me with a Corporate number or Supervisor. Other customers also complained how rudw she was being and actually left. She then states” you people think youre privileged. I will not stop until I find the owner of this establishment.

I love Charlie’s but unfortunately I got sick from this location. I went in on my lunch break and no more than two hours after my meal, I began feeling nauseous. This was the only substance I ate besides my regular smoothie in the morning. I had the Chicken Philly and some fries with sweet tea. Currently internally dying.

ZERO STARS. After drinking my strawberry lemonade my daughter asked me what was in my drink. How disgusting to see a name tag in my drink.
