From start to finish this was terrible. The person who initially took my order was rude. Then when they messed up the customers order in front of me it was a whole thing. After waiting 20 minutes I finally got my cheesesteak from a disgruntled and angry staff. Then found hair in it. I didn’t even take it to them. Their whole vibe just made them unapproachable. Between. The rudeness and the idgaf attitude they all had it just wasn’t worth it.

The philly cheesesteak was good. Fresh ingredients, and hot fries out of the fryer. One of the best places to eat in the food court at Southpoint. Employees were friendly, and the food was served up quickly.

Great cheesesteak sandwiches. The employees give or take need some more training. Two of the employees got into a argument with one another, in front of other customers. They also had to remake multiple sandwiches because they didn’t read the clip on how we wanted our meals cooked. But this is a place where I’ll definitely come back to.

This place is terrible. From beginning to end. We ate lunch here today unfortunately. The girl taking our order could not have been more rude. Totally nasty attitude. I almost told them to just cancel my order then but I tried to let it go. Then we get down to the end of the counter and the guy says sorry we don’t have any trays. I’m ok with that, no problem. But then they put lettuce all over my chicken cheesesteak which I had asked for no lettuce. So the guy takes my sandwich off the shelf he’s placed it on and took his gloved hand and proceeds to try and scrape the lettuce out of this sandwich. Which of course he didn’t get it all out. Then he slathers 2 inches of Mayo back into it since I guess he thought he’d scraped it all out. I’m trying really hard not to come unglued. I ask for some banana peppers and he takes a handful and throws them on my sandwich which is back up on the shelf. There were many other issues with mine and my fiancés meal. Do not bother going to this place. The employees are terrible and do not care at all about customer service.
