Stopped here for first time ever. They had French fries and I had my twin two year old granddaughters. As we ate I watched as the manager (I Think showed and taught a new employee how to clean and that a quick wipe wasn’t good enough. When the manager walked in the back all the employees were cleaning and doing a very detailed job. Glad to see that some people do take pride in their work. Definitely my new favorite. Food was good also

I asked for 5 small sandwiches for $7. We weren’t very hungry, and my 6-7 year old kids don’t eat that much. But we were counted large sandwiches for 12 dollars. When I reported the error, they recalculated the average $10 sandwiches again. But I said again that I want small sandwiches. I repeated several times that I need small ones. But the man (senior there) said no and told the salesman not to talk to us. Everyone spoke their own language, very unpleasant. My kids didn’t finish these huge ones. It was not even very tasty, dry greens, no sauce, … . for 12 dollars. I think they deliberately consider large sandwiches right away, even though people order other sizes.

The customer service is terrible paid 20 bucks for sandwich and fries got old fries asked to get fresh ones got cussed out by what seems to be the manager this whole food court needs to have a redo all this old food over here is ridiculous we as the people demand fresh food please don’t eat here they done value us

I have never eaten here before but on my way out of the mall, I saw some others eating the fries and they looked too tempting to my pregnant self to pass up. I got some to go but wasn’t the fries, which were good, that made me write a review, it was the staff. While waiting for my fries, I watched an elderly gentleman waiting for his meal, with an obvious tremor. I was about to offer assistance as his trays of food were put up on the counter but before I could, I watched the manager(owner?) come around from the back and offered to take the trays to the table for the gentleman. It was a kind gesture that made me walk back, scan their QR code for reviews and here I am. This is what we need more of and it warmed my heart to witness. Next time, I will be sure to stop and try more of the food but I wanted to share the food I saw happening.

Loved the large menus and picture posters. They have a chicken child’s meal that’s actually large, including a drink, Oreo, chicken tenders and fries…good price. Fries were very good. Clean and quick. Cooked as ordered, not sitting around.
