Been there 4 times, and they messed my order up two times. That’s a 50% chance you’ll get what you ordered. I said no peppers or onions and look It has peppers and onions. No cheese please. Oppps there’s cheese. Also they just threw the cheese on after and didn’t chop it up with the steak. This was a one star and now iys a five star. They got my order right two times in a row.

This location charges you more than advertised on menu & when asked about up-charge employees make it seem like it’s normal practice. I overpaid for food & staff was not good at communicating reason for charge nor did they care about issue. I then contacted management and corporate, however no response. I guess no communication is normal practice. They truly don’t care and just take your money.

I ordered jalapeno cheesesteak I got no jalapenos in it I wasn’t going to make a big deal because it’s stupid and the cheesesteaks are really good but every time I go to any mall and there’s a Charlie’s the person out holding the samples is doing disgusting things like pick their nose and sneeze and 1 times a person was even eaten the samples and then handing them out while they’re chewing food!! over all the cheese steaks are awesome but the cleanliness of the employees is just terrible
