The food and service here are always on point. The options are very tasty and cooked in front of you. As close a cheese steak to Lenny’s I have found. Also a chicken teriyaki that my wife loved at Lenny’s and they did away with. We love Cape Coral and Fort Myers Lenny’s. Hurc Ian wrecked us for FL for now, but Charley’s is only 35 miles! Can do!!! Owner at Lenny’s tipped us on Charley’s and he is spot on. Great food and staff!!!

Some of the fries didn’t even taste done and then I look at my sub and my appetite is simply gone this “sub” looks like you rolled dirty meat in provolone and American cheese together and just put some sauce on a bun and slapped it in a container complete waste of my time and money

When you’re hungry for Charlie’s, you’re hungry for only Charlie’s. Food is always decent. They’ve recently remodeled a few things. Staff is usually pleasant. Jim has been manning the grill there for a decade or so and he’s always worth stopping in for.

I really enjoy coming here. The food is always delicious. Made fresh right Infront of you! Every sandwich I’ve tried here has been great. Their fruit lemonades in the summer are amazing and they have great fries. The staff are always courteous and I never have to wait too long for my food even when it is busy.

I like the food here, but the new pickup system is not great. After you place an order, they tell you to sit down and wait for your name. Fine, however, there are fans running, spatulas clanging, people talking; all echoing throughout the high ceilings. I heard a name that sounded like mine so I went up to the counter. An older man with a moustache said “Ma’am – over there!” And kept pointing to the wall. I had no idea what he was talking about — I guess you have to go to the far corner? I took 2 steps to the left and heard the lady say the name again, except it wasn’t mine. As I started to talk away the man was like “Stacy? I thought you Stacy??!” and threw his hands up. I said No, I just can’t hear anything and I thought you said my name. I get you probably don’t like your job, but don’t take it out on me. I feel like a screen showing which order is up or at least a loudspeaker/mic would help.
