Steak and fries were as you would expect, ok but not great. I do have a huge problem with the order taker though. I clearly ordered a regular cheesesteak combo. After telling her what I wanted on it she told me $18.50. I questioned her because it should have been around $15, her answer was you got a large combo. I told her I ordered a regular, no reply. Normally I would have insisted the order be corrected but since my daughter had already gone back to the table with her food from elsewhere I just let it go. This really irritates me though, I will return again and order the same because the food was good but if I get the same service with higher charge I will file a consumer complaint, Just be aware when you go there, get what you order, if it was just her mistake she should have offered to correct it, if it appears to be s.o.p. I will update and complain

Hugely satisfying every single time. The staff is warm, friendly and hard working. The food is prepared quickly and is served nice and hot. There are a few price incentives in place. Everything from loyalty cards that get you a free sandwhich to questionnaires that also get customers free and discounted items. Quality food at a reasonable price. Perfect food for shoppers on the go.

I go here for lunch often. It’s one of the best places in the food court. Sandwiches aren’t what you find in Philly, but they’re good as they are. Fries are good too. Lots of toppings choices, sauce and cheese. Look for coupons to make it best deal in court. Service is nice, and they move quick.

It was the fastest place that I had ordered from and you could get to go or you can eat in the mall which is amazing and I had gotten to go and it was still hot and fresh when I got to the table

Fresh food and service was amazing. Mind you this is in a MALL. Ordered the Pepperoni Cheesesteak with loaded fries. My girlfriend is now a fan of it.

Charley’s is a place located in the Cherry Hill Mall food court. I went there last week after my Doctor’s appt. They make subs, french fries, etc. I ordered a chicken cheese steak sub sandwich. They put mushrooms, green peppers, lettuce, provolone cheese and onions (if you wanted onions) on it. They hooked it all up on the grill and let me tell you, this sub sandwich was “FANTASTIC”. Sooooo good. Definitely worthy of the five star rating I gave them. Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

Very disappointed because I love thier california chicken cheese steak but my boyfriend got the buffalo it was hair in it ate from here all summer never had a problem the lemonades are amazing also but this is totally unacceptable won’t be eating here anymore things like this happen when your not practicing proper ppe and we are in a pandemic due to covid ppe practice is very important especially now but hairnets and gloves are number one in a environment dealing with food period.

I don’t understand it, but I ate thier yesterday at the Cherry Hill mall and I’m sick as a dog. It was the only thing I had all day so that is what made me sick. I think I am alergic to MSG because every time I eat Chinese I get sick, so I guess Charley’s uses MSG to cook. Ugh. I used to eat it all the time when I lived in Maryland. So I’m done , I have t scratch Charley’s off my list too.
