One year ago I gave 5 stars. Today I’m taking them back. I dont know what is happening but the food has turned to trash. My steak was so tough the last time I ate it I thought I was chewing on leather. I was supposed to got a comp meal and did not. Now the last 3 times I have ordered a burger it has still been mooing. The cook needs to go. There is absolutely no excuse for undercooked food. This is a health hazard. Where I once loved this place I now will not return.

Went here for the first time today. Had the lunch special (double cheeseburger with fries). Food looked and tasted great. Service on the other hand, could have been better. I get that it was busy for the two people working on the floor, but my server didn’t come to see how food was after bringing it out or if I wanted a refill on my drink. Waited for over 10 minutes for my ticket to pay and a good 5 or so minutes for her to come take my payment. I went to the bar to pay, but she couldn’t take my payment and had to go and get my server. Only saw server was when she was bringing food out or taking orders. Just seemed very unorganized. I MIGHT give the place another chance, but sometimes it can be difficult to do when have service like this on the first visit!

The staff was terrific, and the service was well paced and attentive. All of my questions about ingredients were taken seriously and answered to my satisfaction. This is very necessary when dealing with food allergies.

1st time there probably the last. ordered rare strip came out medium well. took one bite couldn’t even swallow it had to be the worst steak I’ve had. it was crunchy. I sat and watched my wife have dinner she said the chicken kabob was good

The pulled pork nachos, and pulled pork sandwich, no offense that was the worst pulled pork I ever had. I was wondering if Jeffrey Dahmer was in back cooking. Cole slaw was mushy. The Mac and cheese was way off, Kraft easy Mac is better than this. The buffalo chicken sandwich was good though. I hate leaving bad reviews but the only good part of this meal was, the buffalo chicken, red onions on the buffalo chicken sandwich and the jalapenos on the nachos, sorry. The staff and waitress was awesome!

Picked up a carryout order, food was not fully cooked, tried to contact management but was told they were too busy to address food so unsafe it could lead to food poisoning. It took 15 minutes to even speak to a manager. We’ve been there several times, however the overall lack of concern will keep me from returning.
