This is a very cool restaurant, but they need to upgrade the quality of the ingredients and the cooking (both a big deal).

Excellent food and atmosphere. I loved the quality offered consistently at different price points. The smashburger and fries were my first try. My next try was the cod with a baguette. the cod came in a sauce that was delicious with the baguette. Their creme brulee and gelato are spot-on and the drink selection is well-rounded. The pricing ranges but is fair across the board.

Right to the point, not bad but not great. We enjoyed dinner here as a party of 4, the environment is between casual and business casual. I enjoyed the atmosphere for the most part and with some of the prices I expected the food would speak for itself.

My friends and I dined here for the first time on Sunday night. A friends birthday was the occasion. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

A pleasant experience. Googled and found this place in Edmonds, WA. The ambience is very artsy and upbeat. Love the high ceilings. There is also a patio but it had too many flies. The servers were great and attentive. The cheeseboard, soup, and burgers were excellent. We will be back.

We came for restaurant week to give this place a try. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Beautiful space, lovely servers who explained everything thoroughly. We had the oysters, duck and salmon from restaurant week menu and my son ordered the wagyu sirloin. Tried the pistachio ice cream and chocolate partition for dessert. Gelato was ok, parfait was pretty and THICC. Everything was so delicious and beautifully presented. Really nice wine pairings with generous pours.. We had a great first impression and will be back for sure. Please support local businesses!

Charcoal is one of (if not) the best restaurants in Edmonds right now. The space itself is strikingly beautiful with the kitchen on full display, including their Argentinian style charcoal grill. They have some very unique and delicious craft cocktails, as well as a huge wine list and some local favorite beers on tap. We enjoyed some amazing yellow curry clams and the decadent fish sauce caramel braised pork belly, both with succulent pickled daikon & carrots. The bread pudding was to die for, accompanied by a selection of divine amaros to choose from. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere is great and we cannot wait to go back.
