The staff was wonderful. They really went above and beyond for our group. I took a group of about 6 elderly ladies. We called to make sure there were no steps to get inside. The staff explained the entrance was tight for some wheelchairs but was doable. She then said they would reserve a table for us. (Michelle, we really appreciated this.) As soon as they saw us coming, they helped the ladies with walkers by holding doors etc.

Chappy’s is a unique restaurant in Edwardsville, IL. It has a Route 66/car theme with the decor and diner-style food. The service is very good and the food is very good. My family and I visited Chappy’s twice in a three week span and this review will cover both visits. We are a family of four, with two pre-teen boys.

Many have tried, yet all have failed to recreate a burger as delicious as Chappy’s. I never eat less than five pattys and on occasion I’ll eat two of those. The burger mix just melts in your mouth. The chicken is great too as I’ve been known to get it a time or two. The employees are always great and treat me as if I’m part of the family. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cool as it gives off Route 66 vibes. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out. Best burger in America, hands down

First time there. Some of the best wings Ive ever had. Crispy seasoned and made to order. We had burgers and shakes everything was wonderful. We will be back. The ambiance is fun. My kid’s loved it. They even give u a free hotwheels car.

I mean this place is good eats! Its a bit pricey for what you get but it’s good. The chicken sandwich was delish. The idea of handing out hot wheels cars with kids meals, what a great idea. Some gimmicks are just that, this is a great idea. My boys loved it. The server was awesome. Great customer service. The restaurant itself if pretty neat. Next time I was to spurge I’m going back!

HOLY… FIRE. Never seen a better burger in my life! I LOVE the BEACH BOY BBQ BURGER! Not your run of the mill garbage dump that most restaurants are, this one was FANTASTIC. Plus, the AWESOME STAFF gave me a FREE hot wheel! insane! Delicious ONION RINGS paired with my BEACH BOY BBQ, what’s not to LOVE!? ALL MY PEOPLE LOVE CHAPPYS, AND SO WILL YOURS!

So first time here on Thursday. Heard they had great fried chicken. My daughter and I went. I got the white meat combo so it came with one side and I picked the mashed potatoes and gravy. My daughter got the 2 piece chicken tender combo and picked the jalapeño mac and cheese bites. For an appetizer we chose the deep fried mushrooms.

Chappy’s is a great place. It can be crowded at times, but you can guarantee delicious food and welcoming staff. One of my favorite things about Chappy’s is their fries. Everytime I get them, they are crisp and very well seasoned. They go perfect with any one of their burgers.
