Andrea did an amazing job as a sever, instantly making sure my drinks and salsa was filled when needed and asking if everything was to standard. I appreciated the service here. Will definitely come back again. Love the Chile Verde Nachos.

We’ve been dining at Chapala Oakway for about 20 years. It never disappoints! Several of the waitstaff hasn’t really changed in all these years either. Excellent patio location at a Oakway Center..

Very fine neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Very welcoming and attentive wait staff. Decent variety of beers on tap–major Mexican brands and local brews. Nice, short array of Margaritas and house cocktails, too. Combination plates are a favorite with large portions of all classics on offer–great tostadas and tasty tacos with abundant guacamole and sour cream on the plate. Great location for family meals, especially in summer season, and kid friendly. Go already!

One of the more flavorful dinners I’ve had in some time. I should remember to come back more often. Another nameless nearby Restaurant, Sunriver Brewing was closed last Monday night. That was two in two days. Glad I recalled the tasty dinner I had at Chaplas. Not to be disappointed.

The folks there are amazing. Joking with the waiter that my children were going to do the dishes as we as a family joke on how the the children can’t afford the bill the waiter was really awesome and show the children on where they can do the dishes to work off the bill everyone was happy we walked out with full from a really great meal and smiles on everyone faces. Thank you all and thank you for making great memories for my children 100% would go back

Chapala is one of the best Mexican food restaurants in town outside of going to a taqueria or truck. I love their steak fajitas and the chips and salsa. We went on Saturday evening, around 6:30pm and it was really busy in there. Service was still quick, though you could tell the servers were a little behind and possibly overwhelmed.

We were seated right away. Got our chips and salsa right away. Server came with menus but didn’t introduce himself. Checked back for our order, took our order and delivered our order, where my husband asked for extra sour cream, then we didn’t see him till we were almost done eating when he brought the sour cream.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and to our surprise it wasn’t packed and didn’t have to wait to be seated, service was quick. The horchata could’ve been better. We got one plate of Enchilada Lasagna and one plate of normal Beef Enchiladas which you can’t go wrong with. Environment inside was pretty loud so not the best place for a romantic date.

I will say this isn’t the best Mexican food I have had and a bit disappointed with being charged a LG guacamole 5.95 when it was a small dish with tiny scoops (pic included) but 4 satrs because server was sweet but room for improvement on quality of flaunts and portion of guac!

Overpriced Mexican food. The service was excellent though. Servers had great knowledge of the menu. Although, I ordered a beer and it took over 10 minutes to get. You guys don’t brew the beer, right?! All you do is pull a handle? 10 f-ing minutes for that?
