Ordered here a number of times and typically ok – last time I ordered a large pepperoni and red pepper for carry out and was to be ready in 20 mins. Stopped in and pizza was not ready and they apologized and said 7 more minutes. Not a big deal but a little surprising as it was not busy at all. 9 mins later it was still another 5 mins which is now making me believe they never made it when the order was placed. They offered a gift for my troubles which I give them a lot credit for. Got home and instead of pepperoni and red pepper they made it with crush red pepper flakes which for us made it mostly not editable. I am sure I could have called and got it replaced but didn’t want to drive 30 mins back and forth considering we waited 35 mins already.

They left their online orders open on the website for the 4th which is very deceiving when all locations except Fridley are actually closed. They should have temporarily turned off online orders so they didn’t take people’s money all day.

Have had pizza from here before. Decent. Ordered tonight for delivery. Asked for address and everything. I checked status and it said ready for pickup. I called them. Got sent to a manager who said they can charge me extra for a delivery fee. I told him “No, I already paid.” So he said the can cancel the order. I said to just please deliver the pizzas we paid for. He hung up on me. We did get the pizzas a bit latter but I will never order again.

I ordered online this evening. After I ordered and when I was tracking my order, the tracking screen showed they were closed due to staffing issues. I completely understand this issue; however, I have now paid a significant amount for an order I never received. I cannot get ahold of anyone because they are closed.

Their pizza use to be pretty good. When I do get a decent pizza, I would definitely rate this as five stars. However, now the pizza is ALWAYS inconsistent. Sometimes I’ll get one that is undercooked or practically burnt. If you order online, they now charge $0.85 to use your credit card plus a $3 delivery charge, in addition to a tip for the driver (if you choose). In my opinion, the pizza isn’t that great to spend all this extra money.

Ordered two pizzas from here tonight, one with extra toppings and paid for the extra toppings. When we called to explain that we didn’t get the extra toppings Lindsey the “manager” was very rude. When we started to explain Lindsey hung up the phone. Very disappointed in the customer service and will be calling the store owner tomorrow.

We order Chanticlear probably 2-3 times a month. It’s very hit and miss. We usually get the 18″ and sometimes the crust is black and burnt and sometimes is done perfectly. For taste, when it’s not burnt, I would give it a 5 star but being its not at all consistant I can only give it a 2. There’s better more consistent pizza from other places around – Broadway pizza comes to mind.
