Called in for a pickup and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes sweet I say! 55 minutes later it was ready and pizza was “warm” old and cheese bread was the classic 50/50 shot of being any good?

I use delivery now for the blast 4-5 yrs. Never had a problem, the last two times I have ordered they quote me 35-45minutes the lady time ended up being 2 hrs and cold pizza tonight I thought I would give them another chance. Nope. Quoted35-45 minutes ended up 70 minutes Luke warm pizza. Never again. I only live less than 10 minutes from their restaurant.

You should atleast be answering the phone. I think after reading all these bad reviews Corp needs to be notified. Covid is over. No need to accept just anyone as an employee anymore. Step up or close. Generally this is management’s issue. Perhaps a new manager needs to be found?

Delicious and hand made to perfection. The toppings are placed with care throughout the pizza so you don’t have to show your hand at which child is your favorite when you’re divvying up the slices. The quality ingredients leave little-to-no concern for whether or not you will be white knuckling the toilet bowl when you’re finished – which is more than I can say for the $6 take out competition. A great dinner, and I will definitely be back!

I usually love Chanticleer but a couple of nights ago the pizza was terrible and delivery took over an hour and a half. I hope they can get it together again soon.

Ordered from here for the first time. Had the all meat pizza, hand tossed. The crust was awesome, lots of toppings, not too spicy. Order was ready on time. Will visit again in the future.

Called to say they were out of pan dough, so we swapped it to a hand tossed. However when they called the website said ir should already be delivered. It has now been an hour since the original hour we were called and still no pizza. We have called 8 times and no answer. We already paid, what a SCAM!!
