I ordered honey chicken and I normally get it extra crispy but this time there was barely any egg in my rice almost couldn’t see it and my chicken was too crispy and dry! Not even enough sauce to soften the chicken to the point u could barely chew it! I called in to let her know it was cooked too long and she snapped at me and told me to bring it back to get my money back I just wanted ot replaced this wasn’t my first time here and if that’s how u respond to cx based on the quality of of the food that being out out I won’t ever come back

I asked for shrimp, chicken, and beef w. Broccoli in brown sauce (what I typically get at my usual place). This was my first time eating here, so I figured to order something that’s pretty similar across the board. The lady at the front was nice and accommodating, but the food was not up to par. The brown sauce was watered down, and the food tasted unseasoned. I was a little disappointed because they had a high star rating. Would try again, but not this order. Not worth 20$

pretty good! I got the general tso’s tofu and sesame tofu, both with sides of veggie lo mein and it was way too much food for two people! im grateful the portions are so generous but there was no indication that our food would take up four sizeable containers, next time we’ll just split something.

I have tried so many Chinese food places here in Greensboro and to me Chang Express has some of the best chicken. I have never had a bad experience with customer service. The lady behind the counter is always friendly and smiling when I do carryout. This place is definitely one of my go-to places.

Pickup was quick and courteous. The noodles are super thick and delicious, the Sesame chicken is perfect. I took a few bites so there was a lot more food than this, but the plate was stuffed. My husband got the fried chicken and shrimp fried rice, he said the rice was 8/10 for flavor and moisture but the shrimp was undercooked and chicken was fried several times.
