I’ve only dined with chanellos for the last 8 years… their menu and execution has improved over time. We ordered a thin crust and pan crust, sausage, pepperoni,and cheese pizza’s. When we put in our order, it was quite late, but that isn’t an excuse for poor customer service. The phone operator taking the order was not as pleasant but the order was filled. Both pizza’s were delicious and fresh.. the cheesecake that we ordered were delicious as well.

The first time that I ordered from there they drown my steak and cheese sub with steak seasoning and boy was it salty to the fact that I couldn’t eat it. But my wings were very good plus the store gave me a 10 credit back which I used on the next order. The next order of wings was so horrible like they forgot the flavor I ordered. Well I’m done with Chanellos and I used to love them at Colonial Heights location at one point but not no more

The 2 steak & cheese subs portion control terrible 1 steak sub quantity questionable the other sub had about half as much as the other one. Vegetable pizza missing mushroom and banana peppers and it just lacked any flavor

Just picked up big boy pepperoni pizza from Chanellos in Colonial Heights got home pizza literally has 12 pepperonies. Called the shop lady that answered the phone said they now make the pizza with the pepperoni under the cheese she made the pizza. What kind of stupid response is that? Pepperoni is a topping so why put it under the cheese she said next time if I want it on top let the cook know so they can make it how I want. She didn’t try to resolve the issue this is a cheese pizza not pepperoni. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Not too bad for what it is, it works in a pinch. Definitely not the best pizza shop in Colonial Heights, but pretty good nonetheless. The bbq chicken is pretty good. The hours really good too for those late night munchies! Also they deliver which is great! One negative is the delivery charge I think the driver should get most of that but doesn’t.
