Delivery time was quicker than the time they estimated and the pizza arrived in good shape and still steaming hot. The pizza itself was a work of art and the sauce-cheese ratio was perfection. The crust was a great balance of fluffy and crispy. Thanks everybody- keep it up 🙂

I just called at 9:40pm and asked to place a pickup order and after the employee on the phone asked for my name and what I wanted (small cheese pizza) he laughed at me and then hung up. This has NEVER happened to me at this location. We called back again to place an order and he said the “system was down” and they could not take our order…if the system is down and you cannot take orders why are you still open and answering the phone if you don’t close till 1a.m.????????? Best afterthought pizza I’ve ever had! Friend and I closed down the nearby brewery (beervana?) And came here afterward. Excellent choice and my friend is a vegetarian, so it’s just as good for them as well. There was only one person in the place, but they were personable, friendly and courteous (which was unexpected and very welcome). Excellent pizza and my family is from Chicago, so I’m versed. Enjoy!

I went to Chanellos for pickup order. The restaurant environment isn’t inviting at all. The dinning room tables were filled with pizza boxes. The glass windows, counter tops, and tables were unclean. It took approx 15mins for people in the kitchen to greet me and take my order. Inside the kitchen looked unorganized and uncleaned. It took 25mins to receive my order. I ordered a large meat-lovers pizza and garlic wings. The total came to $35. When I got home, the pizza tasted under cooked and the garlic wings were extremely dry and overcooked. The food wasn’t good at all and was extremely over priced. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Me and my husband ordered from this chanellos a couple days ago for the first and the LAST time. We ordered two pizzas and cinnamon knots for delivery, including tip it was $42. Around 2:25am we got a call from the delivery driver saying our food was delivered on our porch. We immediately went and checked both our porches and there was no food. We tried calling the driver back several times not even 5 minutes later and we even tried calling the store and no one answered. We also tried tracking the delivery but the GPS on the driver was “turned off”. We never got our food that night. My husband left a bad review that night just saying we wasted $42 not to get any food. The owner responded to his review and told him to email him so he can make it right. So he emailed him the next day, twice and we waited several days for a response with no luck. The next day after not getting our food we decided to try and just call the store so we could hopefully just get our food and the guy on the phone just kept telling us that “our food was delivered” and we probably had “a food bandit in our neighborhood”. We were the only people awake in our neighborhood and we were waiting by the door for the pizza because we were really hungry. No car even drove down our street. We tried telling the guy on the phone this and he just kept repeating that our food was delivered. He wouldn’t even believe us. We just told him that we wanted our food and he said that he can’t just “send free food out to people”. But it wasn’t free, we paid for food and we never got it. Finally he just offered to give us corporates number and we called and left a voice mail there but we still haven’t heard anything from them either. Needless to say, this was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had to deal with. We just want our money back, we’re not in the financial situation to be spending money on food that we never got to see. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a meal and never received it, when my mom called to inquire about our order she was met with terrible customer service. The worker yelled at my mom and accused our neighbors of stealing our food instead of acknowledging that his driver delivered to the wrong address.

The subs that we purchased were hot and toasty. Philly cheese steak and BBQ chicken. Our only complaint was we couldn’t tell if cheese was put on either but I guess it all melted. Really tasty, big place with plenty of seating and a pool table!! Enjoy when you go!!!

I have been to this location several times and the experience is always great. The team members who were working 6/4/20 ~330pm was extremely friendly and welcoming even amid the Covid 19 issue. They demonstrated great safety practice. The highlight of my experience came from team member Tazz. Tazz demonstrated excellent customer service from when I called my order in to when I came to pick up my order. Very humane experience from her. She was informative in answering my questions regarding available toppings such as whether or not they served Italian sausage or not. I’ll be back. Thank you.
