I want to speak on Jimmy the manager. He took my order for 2 subs which we never even spoke on subs. I ordered 2 pizzas (but) that’s not the worst. His attitude is unworthy to work more less be a manager. Then he touching everything. Sweating, pushing his glasses up. So he then snatched the pizza to make, I said sir can you put on gloves. It’s very unsanitary. He gets super mad and asked Sterling if he can deal with this guy. He wouldn’t apologize and the 2 young black female had to beg him to come out to show them the order. I would be happy to meet to tell this in front of them all. Manager Jimmy is the worst, disgusting & disrespectful & should not be a manager nor have a job. Period

I never ever have to give a bad review as bad as this!!! The worse food I have ever had in my life!! Cheese steak…..basically sub bread with mayo!!!! No meat and a whole jar of mayo . Wings might as well been made 4 days ago and pizza is better frozen from Aldi ♀️ ♀️

I called to order and was on hold for a while. Once I got off hold the gentleman on the phone hung up on me once I rised my concern about being on hold for almost 20 minutes. Customer service doesn’t seem to be important to the workers in this establishment.

First of all, the staff at this location is outstanding and always provide great customer service. They take the time to pay attention to their customer’s needs, which is really important. The food is excellent and they always have some type of special offer or coupon available. You also earn loyalty points for every purchase which are awesome because you can earn a $10.00 coupon after so many orders, who wouldn’t want that??? Oh, and their delivery time is super fast and they have a delivery tracker so that you know exactly when your food is going to arrive at your home. Great place to eat, anytime!!!!
