I used to LOVE chanellos and when i lived in va, we ordered from them often. I’ve ordered here about 3 times this summer and every time, they dont get the order right. We live in nc now and only order when visiting my family. Last time we ordered they didn’t put the right ingredients on the pizza. Today we ordered a large specialty pizza with extra cheese and a large cheese sticks double extra cheese. When I picked thenorder up, I looked and could instantly tell it wasn’t extra cheese. Both the pizza and cheese sticks had bread not even covered by cheese!! I don’t mind paying for what we want, when we used to order from other stores, it was so cheesy and perfect. I’m so sick of paying for less. And the fact they LIED about it makes me even more mad to spend freaking 40 something on it. Like I told them, I will literally pay more to get what I want, but don’t lie about it. It makes me so mad their food tastes great when made correctly. I swear if I could get the same thing from another company I would never order from here again. I’m adding pics to show its not even got cheese om half the pizza/cheese sticks

Trying all the local restaurants in the area. Decided to give this place a shot since they sent out coupons saying if you signed up for an account you would get 35% off your first order. You don’t. You get some garlic knots which I didn’t order since I was already getting the cheese bread with the special meal. Now onto food quality. I really wish they would have just called me and said they were running out of cheese. Pizza hardly had any and the Philly cheese had zero. And then there was desert. Not even sure what to say but gross. It’s oily bread.

Went there ordered pizza. Specially asked for extra cheese. I was given a pizza with cheese half way up pizza slice with a ton of sauce. I was very disappointed and I will not be back. Didn’t feel like complaining on the spot. So I took this pizza and just left. I will not be back. I called and told them. The guy that answered the phone acted like he didn’t even care. Yuck! Last time there!

I try to treat myself every couple weekends on the Greek pizza & it’s just getting to be a complete disappointment. There are more onions & spinach than anything. I can literally count the sparingly little pieces of olives, pieces of tomato & feta crumbles! 3” of plain crust at the edges. So bummed but I guess this will be my final order of what used to be an amazing pizza & worth the high cost. Sorry guys but you fell pretty short of customer satisfaction.
