My girlfriend and I met here on our lunch breaks from work, and we called in our order ahead of time because we were both in a rush. The owner refused to let us eat at the restaurant because we called in our order and was really rude about it. I still have no idea why we couldn’t eat at the restaurant and why he was so rude about it. Only one person was eating in the restaurant at the time so every other table was open and we were paying customers.

This place really lacks good customer service, which is very disappointing. My coworkers and I went here today for lunch and tried to order ahead, we were met with a nasty attitude and them giving us a hard time for wanting to order ahead 10 mins. We then sat down and the server was so mean and dismissive the whole time. When we went to pay, I didnt have cash and she huffed and puffed over that . This is the worst service we’ve all gotten in a while. You have lost 3 customers just based off of your servers poor attitude.

I came to eat lunch with my coworkers and the hostess was so rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand why but she did not seem to want to work today. Everyone has a bad day but we are paying customers. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when we asked for our beverages. Its unfortunate because the food is actually decent but after the treatment we received I will NEVER go back.

We really enjoy Chai Yo! It’s BYOB, which is nice, so we brought a bottle of wine and they had glasses and a chiller. We ordered an app platter that had crab rangoons, which were so good that we ordered another crab rangoon. Lightly crispy, filled with cream cheese and crab, and a touch of scallion. So tasty. We all got different things, including red curry with chicken (yummy), beef pho, sweet and sour chicken (it was okay), pad Thai, and another noodle dish that is escaping me. Everything was tasty and we took home some leftovers which were super yummy the next day. Recommend for sure compared to some other Thai places near here!!

Eggs rolls sometimes don’t contain any shrimp. When it does, it tastes better. That’s what used to make this place more unique. The Tom soup not for me at all. Kinda tasted like ketchup. However, their chicken pad Tai is generally really good. Keep your standards up and you will continue to do great.

Okay, chicken satay & curry puffs… a bit overcooked, and the filling wasn’t savory Pad Thai was more rice noodle than chicken. Again, too sweet, needs savory. Nice polite server.
