For mobile Mexican food and beverages guests can walk up for quick fast friendly service. Chachos being Alex’s father’s nickname throughout growing up, adds fun character and an endearing backstory to our dainty taco Shop. Adding more character is the building itself being built in 1870 . This building has stood in Canal Park through years of change and growth in Duluth as we are aspiring to continue for years to come. Very good food. This is like a permanent taco truck. The building next door looks like it may become an indoor space…? But this is a small building with an odd patio, limited seating. Very good food though. A nice limited menu. No bathrooms fyi. We still had a nice experience here.

Food was great! Small taquaria with a few outdoor seats. I was pumped for the birria but the chorizo was the sleeper choice for vest taco. The tamale was decent, but not a traditional style. I’ll definetly go back!

Absolutely delicious! I loved the burrito bowl; it was amazing and so filling with do many great ingredients. The line seemed really long but the service was so quick we barely waited! Totally worth it

10 out of 10! Such amazing authentic flavors! The warm, earthy flavors in the taco was balanced perfectly with the spicy, citrusy flavor in the hot sauce and topped off with the slices of radish! Thank you for putting your heart and soul and a ton of hard work into your food!

Small shop serving up huge flavors. Best tacos we’ve ever had! Tried both the Cochinita (pork) and the Birria (beef) and argued over which was better. So fresh and flavorful! The Salsa Verde was bright with just the right amount of heat. Ordered the Tomale with pork and I’m so glad I did, again, amazing. They also have bowls which seem very popular. Wish they would add a little more seating, but certainly earns all five stars!

Misha and the gang did a great job! The food was amazing the staff were friendly and welcoming. The outdoor atmosphere is great on a summer evening. 10/10 would recommend. The soup with the tacos could be its own dish!

I must admit, I was skeptical that northern minnesota would have solid tacos and tamales. I was wrong. Chachos hit it out of the park. The tamale with pork was so flavorful and satisfying. The textures were so perfect and balanced. The esquite was delicious too. The birria taco was the only part of the meal that was underwhelming. The beef didn’t have much flavor, and the birria should’ve been cooked down a bit longer. Would definitely come back to try more tacos!
