Our first visit to Ceviche Loco and we were pleasantly surprised. The “salsas” we’re fresh and delicious, the rice, beans and baked potato were MARVELOUS, and the quesadilla 10:10. I would rate the garlic shrimp an 8:10… personal preference. The young ladies provided friendly and prompt service. We will definitely be back!

Waited more than an hour for our food (for 2 persons only) 3 other bigger tables that come after us got served first and we still waited. We finished our drinks & appetizer so decided to asked for our check and I manager on duty still got mad about us leaving like if it was our fault we weren’t served. Wouldn’t be coming back very had service and attitude toward clients no costumer service at all, didn’t even apologize or at least give an explanation why our food wasn’t ready.

Food was delicious as always, but the waitress service is the worst. If your not a man going in alone you won’t get waited on hand and foot. If you go in as a couple man and woman together , they’ll leave the restaurant, leave you waiting till they get back to from wherever they went , then finally take your dirty plates . You’ll Wait on ticket . Kids going in and out of the kitchen, another kid doing homework at the booth. Is this a house or a restaurant? Waitress could care less and I paid over $50 for this service. I finally got my ticket and had to wait a while and no one would come to the register to take my money. Until the little girl that was in her school uniform told the waitress that I was ready to pay. We didn’t ask for another beer because we no longer had a waitress. We had no waitress for over 15 min., but a group of men were sitting behind us and they were waited on hand and foot smiles coming out from every opening of their bodies. Overly friendly. Keeping conversation anything and everything they wanted they got quick. They were in and out faster than us because of the quick service they received. And they were several men. We were only 2 people. It made my husband mad that he had to tell another waitress to bring us our ticket. We asked for a cup of ice . I was given 8 cubes of ice in a 32 oz huge cup to go. Wow!!!!!! Paid $53 to be exact. For this type of service. Ladies these waitresses are disrespectful when you go in with your man. You won’t get good waitress service if you go their. The men do, but only if they go alone.

Update.. I like the place.. pero the drinks have no price on the menu. I think ur customers need to know what price the drinks are. ALSO, the margarita I order had no alcohol.. like nothing but sweet, no liquor. Eso no me gusto.. It’s like a rip-off.. if u ask me.. mejor pido pos un slush

waitress are very slow on fridays. hubby asked waitress to bring another bucket back to back and she did not. she waited 25 min to do it. In purpose. Well the drag queen show is awesome tho.

Love the food… but the service is horrible the waitress are only on there phone and don’t really check on us I had the waitress with the long braid and when you ask other waitresses for help they ignore you the service is not what it used to be they can’t even make a proper drink where is the team work! When I ask to speak to the manager all the waitress are managers how are we supposed to express our problems and concerns if you don’t know who’s in charge…
