Start with the good..They were friendly. Service was good. As far as the food it was awful. The chips were old and burnt. The cheese enchiladas were dripping with grease. The meats tasted pre-made the shrimp was minced and tough. The chicken also minced and dry. Also charge you a fee if you don’t pay with cash. Definitely wouldn’t eat here again.

The restaurant is always clean and we’ll lot without the lights blinding you. The staff members are friendly and checked in frequently during the dine in. The drinks are well made, the food is delicious as well.

Menu prices go up at night (normal, but not clear until you pay). Food is good, but portions have gotten smaller and prices are higher. Stingy with chips & salsa. This is the second time I have stopped to get to go food here and staff was less than pleasant. I will go elsewhere next time.

We were here on 4th of July weekend and had amazing service. We came back today and I have never experienced such an AWFUL waitress and staff!!! We had to ask 3 times to order, we had to ask for refills that never came, we also asked for substitute on an order and it not only didn’t happen but the owner insulted us saying we can’t read. Maybe if the waitress could communicate there wouldn’t have been an issue. Another order was completely wrong and the waitress shrugged her shoulders. The last time we were there the waitress got an $80 tip…we take care of good service!!!

My wife and I had the Chicken Taco Salads with chips and salsa for take-out, it’s our “Judgement Order.” They PASSED!!!. We’ll definitely be going back to try the rest of they’re menu. Lastly, that front door hides an interior that is surprisingly spacious.

This was my first time to eat at Cesar’s. I thought the food and service were both great. The night we went, they were out of almost all of their beer selection. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have the beer of my choice. I will definitely be back.

Restaurants that charge you for chips & salsa to go, when you didnt even ask for it…. always hidden charges at mexican restaurants that don’t provide detailed receipts. Gotta love it smh. Ordered chicken enchiladas with verde sauce, paid almost $15. Overpriced. 90% went in the trash. Disappointed. Don’t recommend.

We placed a to-go order tonight and from the start the waitress on the phone taking our order was rude and annoyed she had to take our order. She forgot the queso and when I called back up there she called me a liar saying I never order it. I drive 20 more mins to pick it up only for her to be talking bad about me in the back. The manager there is so friendly and kept apologizing. The food is good but I would recommend taking it to-go.
