Seat yourself dining, mariachis on the house great atmosphere. Server was a little slow and didn’t come by often to offer refills. Food came out and looked delicious. Huge portions and great prices. Until my sister found a small black rock in her carne guisada. She showed the server and the server came back and said it must have been a rock in the fresh whole beans that they missed when they washed them. They took the plate off the ticket. My barbacoa plate was delicious! It looked like the barbacoa had brains which is very hard to find. The tacos that we ordered were also big and worth the price.

First time here decided to try it out after seeing it take a while to be built. Really nice inside- I expected the food to be great since they just opened, however we ordered our food around 11am and food was served cold. So cold the cheese didn’t even melt on my daughters bean & cheese taco. Service is good but other than that there’s better Mexican food in the area.

The cheese enchiladas and refried beans are very good! We also enjoyed the different salsas they bring out with the chips. We returned another day for a late breakfast. The breakfast tacos are way too expensive if you get them after 10:30!

I was visiting my mom in San Antonio. She took us to this restaurant because it was kind of new and she had never been there. My brother on the other hand said that he had stopped by this restaurant a few nights ago and as soon as he went in it smelled like sewer so he just turned around and left. Sure enough as soon as we walked in the restaurant there was a horrible sewer smell, We still went in because my mom wanted to eat there. I guess after a good 20-30 minutes you got used to the smell, but we will not ever go again.

Came when it wasn’t busy at all. Pretty dirty, unclean tables. Waited forever. Food somewhat warm. Eyelash in my food. 5 waitresses and they served us drinks and then forgot about us. 3 people: $45. Not worth it. Unoriginal. No flavor to the food. Tasted like canned everything.

So today myself and some family from out of state had dinner at Cerrito Restaurant. It was my first time eating there and our party was 8 people. I ordered a Beef fajita plate, when I got it I noticed a dead fly in my rice. We didn’t make any type of scene, just showed our waitress. She took the plate and about 10 minutes I got a new plate. Of course I ate everything but the rice and the fajitas tasted good. We got the bill and I thought for sure the manager would have taken off my plate or even given us a small discount but nothing. We asked why the fajita plate was still full price and all they said was they gave me a new plate and for that reason and that reason only is why I made this review.

I rate this place a 5 ,the food was ok but it was kinda not that hot ,they also charge for everything, even to go boxes,it was my family of 5 eating and are ticket bills was 80 bucks, I was shocked at the bill for the place being a new opening. I think am better of cooking at home .
