For a place primarily focused on burger and fries, they now have a very mediocre burger and fries. When they first opened, it was my new favorite fast food burger. But now only a couple months later, the burger is thinner, and they changed the fries to some that taste like generic frozen ones.

This was my family’s first time here. We weren’t sure if we could walk up to the window to place them order since it’s a drive thru. I parked to look at the big menu on the side of the building. Once ready I went to the other side to place my order at the speaker. I found out that I could customize the burgers since my kids like plain cheeseburgers without the lettuce, onions, may. By the time I got to the window to pay, the order was ready even though there were 3 different burger orders. I asked if I could’ve walked up to the window (instead of drove) to place the order, and was told I could add long as I used the other side with the big menu on it (for safety reasons).

Would give 5 stars but the burgers were disgusting. They tasted like over processed junk. They tasted like they were 10% beef and 90% fillers. The 3 stars are for the fries alone the burger is -10. Also bacon burger only had 1 piece of bacon.

the young lady taking orders, fantastic work. But the cooks dont have a clue what they’re doing. The first visit, they forgot one of my burgers, cant call as they dont have a number online. The second visit, 12 nuggets, all cold, not a single one was even room temp. Figure. it. out.

I miss Battlefield Burgers. The food is okay. The burgers are bland and the meat really has no seasoning to them. Battlefield Burger’s fries were so much better as well. Will still go back, they just need to tweak some things.

I’ll start by saying I’ve loved Central Park burgers and fries since I was young, sometimes when I find myself in Cleveland I go to that one and enjoy the taste of nostalgia. This new franchise, however, misses the mark. I’m not sure what it is about this place but something is off, the food isn’t the same. Aside from that the staff isn’t great either, the girl on the drive thru mic barely speaks above a whisper and they are notorious for leaving food out of orders. Double and triple check your order before you pull away from that window because they have no phone to call and the parking lot is very restricted so you may not be able to park, you will most likely have to get in the drive thru line again to get it corrected and looking at the shady looking crew in there I would honestly be afraid of what they might do to the food out of spite. As far as I’ve found there is no way to contact any form of management, the best I found was a Facebook page with a non working phone number and a website that is linked to a nature preservation society for the actual Central Park in New York. I have my doubts that this is a legitimate franchise. Update 3/28/23* Gave it a second chance, the burger is ridiculously salty and mushy for some reason and the chicken sandwich tasted like a soggy off brand chicken nugget, and it had the texture of wet cardboard. Absolutely nasty, definitely won’t be a 3rd chance.

I was sad to see Battlefield Burgers go but it’s nice to have Central Park back.

Battlefield burger fries, slaw, dogs, and chilli where way better. A bit disappointed. Central Park seems like a off brand version. The food is “meh.” Their burger meat has a bland, off taste to me. The hotdog meat gave me instant heartburn (which never happens elsewhere) and taste a bit odd/spicy.

The staff and food were awesome! The burgers are not your typical small frozen patties that you would get from other fast food places so that was a nice surprise.. Oh and a tip for the dummies running cones over if you see 4 BIG ORANGE CONES at the entrance that means they’re closed! I guess that shows how great this place is when 5 different cars are trying to get past all the cones at closing haha

We were hesitant to try Central Park after hearing that it tasted like Battlefield burgers but we were very pleased. The fries were hot, crispy and delicious. We got burgers and they were super tender and not dry. Their chili cheese fries were great too. Definitely recommend.
