The only bad thing about this place is it is a bit of a small place and because of that there is a bit of a wait most the time but otherwise the food is a 10/10 my fav in the loaded pancakes and the service is really nice and you will always get a warm welcome

Their food is amazing but the best part are the employees. They’re all family, they remember the “regulars”, greet you each time you come in, they remember the usuals. Very reasonably priced with big portions. The food is so good and freshly homemade- only down side is they aren’t open weekdays.. When I was pregnant I would eat and crave their food far too often lol. It’s truly a place filled with pride & love because the sweetest co-owner woman/wife is ALWAYS smiling & happy. Truly a hidden gem in Hudson. A must try!

We have been meaning to come to this place for awhile and finally made it today. It did not disappoint! The food was great–and like a lot of other reviewers have said they have a tomatillo/cilantro sauce that really elevates a lot of the dishes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel like we had been coming for years. Walking out the door the owner gave ring pops to my young sons which of course made their day on top of the pancakes and waffles. We will most certainly be back to this not-so-hidden gem of Hudson’s downtown.
