We did visit on Sunday for comedy nights, and it was fun. We ordered a couple of drinks like jagerbomb, old fashioned, Jack and coke with French fries as appetizers, which was good. We ordered fish and chips, impossible burgers and brisket which was not cooked right. It was fun to enjoy your food with the comedian performing. Overall ambiance was good and so was service. It’s worth visiting again.

I lived in Frederick for two years and enjoyed going to Cellar Door. I recently moved out of state, so stopped in with a friend for the last time to get my favorite dish. Unfortunately, they had changed the menu a couple of months prior so I was super disappointed and thought I was out to luck.

I have been coming here at night for the club like atmosphere for years. Never woukd u have imagined that this place would have such great food!!! Absolutely fantastic. They have always had great service even when busy on a Saturday night. They are well staffed and know how to keep the bar flowing.. Food here is excellent and they have real ingredients.. Do not miss out on the French onion soup. I believe it is the best in Frederick!!!! Come try it and let me know what you think!!!

The Cellar Door is an EXCELLENT choice for any party or event you may be planning! We had our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner here and it was OUTSTANDING!! Amber went above and beyond for our party of 32!! Decorations were all on point!! Staff, drinks and food 10/10!!!

The wife and I went in for dinner the other night. We have been to a lot of the restaurants in DTF and this one has eluded us for months for whatever reason. So glad that we turned the corner and ran into the sign for the Cellar. The food was amazing. Everything from the wings (lemon old bay) to the salad with the entree. The food here was perfect in flavor and in portions. But what really stand out was the amazing Kales. She had such a great personality about everything, answered all our food questions and gave us some off the menu recommendations that turned out to be fantastic. We will definitely be back and are really excited to try more items on their new menu. Thanks for the great date night everybody at Cellar Door.

This is a cozy quiet place perfect for dinner and drinks, wonderful collection of signature cocktails and unique beers. The lady at the counter very friendly and informative about the drinks and how they should be enjoyed. The gentleman however was not friendly and seemed like his mind was elsewhere or simply didn’t like me and my friends.

Nice out of the way restaurant with great service. We went for the brunch menu and had decent selections amongst the group. The cocktails and drinks were on par for Frederick establishments; good but not amazing. We’d go back and maybe catch some of the live entertainment.

We got there when they opened on Sunday morning. Didn’t matter the food was really good and drinks awesome. There is something about a nice simple Bloody Mary without all the extras. We have been here a few times and always very happy with everything.
