Stopped by on our cross country trip to see the area I lived as a child. We tried places with birria from CA & AZ and Ceezy has the best Birria tacos we’ve tried yet. Highly recommend the food and the service was excellent.

Was in the area looking for some yummy food after hiking with my beautiful wife at White Sands National and stumbled upon this establishment. We had our concerns as we pulled up but upon entering, we were greeted by the owner and taken care of immediately. 10/10 customer service already and the food was absolutely amazing. Best birria tacos we have ever had! And not to mention the amazing agua de fresa horchata that literally took my breath away. If you’re in the area, you NEED to try them!

First time trying this restaurant. I ordered via DoorDash so I haven’t been inside the establishment yet, BUT, I got the birria tacos and they were so DELICIOUS! Comes with a whole grilled/roasted jalapeño, a side of diced onion with cilantro, some cucumber slices, and your choice of salsa. The tacos had had the perfect ratio of cheese and meat, and the consomé was to die for. 10/10, will probably order from this restaurant at least once a week from here on out.

I ate here on a whim, not entirely sure what to expect. However the service, the food, and the atmosphere were all excellent. They had anime playing on the TV and the owner came out to check on us. It started as a food truck before getting an actual restaurant location. The food captures this essence perfectly being an authentic Mexican experience. And yes, there is ramen available. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for tasty tacos and more.

The birria is off the chain and the ceezy sauce is outstanding. Their hot red salsa is more like a paste and for once, I actually thought “wow that’s some hot salsa”. I was blown away by how good this was and it’s worth the price tag. I can easily smash 8 of these tacos by myself which would be well over $20. Probably one of my top spots in Alamo

I love this place. Usually when I go I get the Ramen bowl with a quesadilla on the side. It’s so good I need a nap afterward. I was so excited to see that they have introduced a Vegetarian quesadilla on the menu recently. It was amazing and I’ll definitely be back for more! Absolutely amazing birria tacos! Traveled in from Texas and was not disappointed, first meal in New Mexico and they delivered. Love eating local, the staff was very friendly and provided fast service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some good food.
