Really tasty Italian bakery in silver lake. Service was stellar. Had a nice coffee and several bakery items that were all high-quality. Well-baked and flavorful. This sandwich on focaccia with meatballs and burrata was lovely. A few tables outside that can fill up so just be aware of that and it can be difficult to cross the street if you have to.

Was walking by and it looked (and smelled) super good! Walked in to check out the menu and it’s a really cute space and the people couldn’t be nicer or more welcoming! The frittata was insanely yummy. Need to try it as a sandwich next time! The focaccia looked to die for. Also love the details in the packaging 🙂

The Eastside has a new gastronomia and it’s the only one in LA that’s “nonna-approved”. Freshly made daily, high quality, flavorful Italian food. The pastas, focaccias and desserts are all top-notch. And if that weren’t enough, the owners Francesca and Francesco are wonderful people!

I had this on my to try list but was no more. It’s a cute place with sidewalk seating. Service was pleasant and efficient. I found the food decent but not exceptional. Like everything in Silverlake, the prices are more than I thought they should be. Not a bad place, just a bit disappointing.
