I haven’t had Cecil Whittaker’s in months. I wanted to order it for dinner so I did. I ordered online for my order. Also generously gave them a 20% tip. (Because their food is always amazing and they never disappointed me). Drove up to the place and no one was in the store at all. A man was talking on the side to another random person, saw I was standing there, walked up to me and said “you picking up an order?” I said “yeah.” And he said “name?” I told him my name, he went inside, picked up my order, walked back out and handed it to me in silence while walking back over to talk to that same person. Literally didn’t stop or anything just put it into my arms. Didn’t say “have a good day” or anything like I’m inconveniencing him to do his job. Like just rude af. Also the chicken strips in my order were soggy and not cooked properly. Also, gave me tiny chicken pieces instead of full on strips. I have never had Cecil Whittaker’s chicken strips look like that. It’s like ever since they combined the store with Chuck’s hot chicken their food has gone down hill. Such a shame. I will no longer be spending my money at this location anymore. Just disappointing and a really bad experience.

Ordered Canadian bacon and then put chicken on it. Also ordered a chef salad with Italian dressing, we received the house with ranch. They got the pepperoni right. Tried calling to resolve and kept getting disconnected when they tried to transfer me.

Had to talk to 3 different ppl for an existing order to add marinara and ranch. Cecil’s Somehow was unable to accomplish that amazing feat of customer service. Bacon, cheese, and crust were not good. Cheese bread was tough and tasted microwaved. Thanks for a frustrating experience!

Smh.i don’t know whatis goin on with restaurants these days…I used to love this dish from them..quite disappointing..no extra sauce as orderd.and why is there red sauce in my pan?.also..I couldn’t customize and add cheese to my entrée on the ordering platform. Italian garlic bread and cheese garlic bread edible but a lil chewy.

Worst cecils EVER. If you want great service and a GREAT Cecils pizza, go to the one one Olive. Pizzas taste so much better and they don’t over charge you like the one on Dorsett does. I got an Extra large 2 topping Pizza at Crev Couer location for $17 for pick up, LITERALLY ordered the EXACT same thing from the location on Dorsett, and it ended up being $6 more, and it was the worst pizza ever. On top of that, they have all phone orders pay with a credit card, you can’t just place an order and pay cash. That’s NOT option, which the one on Olive offers. So I DO NOT recommend going to this place. PLUS, the one on Olive, the food is So much better! They Actually take the time to do it right!

Ordered delivery through the website which uses doordash and when the drive got there they refused to give her the order. Why switch to doordash then refuse to give it to the driver? At least doordash refunded me. I would highly recommend not trying delivery you probably won’t get your food.
