This was the first time we ordered take out from this location. I called at 4:30 pm and placed a small order consisting of chicken wings,salad,and cheese garlic bread to be picked up. We were told that the order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. When we arrived at 4:45 we were told that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. After waiting another half hour we asked for a refund and to talk to the manager. At first a person who was obviously not the manager came out and said that they were boxing up the order now. Ten minutes later we asked for a refund again and a different person came out and told the cashier to void the bill. We did not receive any food,an apology,or any kind of explanation for the horrible service. I later called back and was told that at the time that we ordered they got very busy and that they thought our order had been given to someone else by mistake. Again we did not get anything close to an apology. While on site the kitchen or takeout area was obviously not very busy and several employees were seen loitering in the kitchen and parking lot looking at someone’s flat tire. I can not at this time recommend to anyone else to patronize this location. After this bad experience we placed an order at the south county location and we received excellent service and food.

I NEVER write reviews, but wow, What a waste of $120.00. I placed a large order and waited almost 2 hours for delivery, the driver was very apologetic and I tipped him well. The food was terrible, the two pizzas crust was gooey and not fully cooked the two appetizers were just ok but cold and mushy but after waiting two hours I was hungry. We had 3 sandwiches that were just awful! Have two teenage sons that will eat almost anything and they made the comment to not order from here again. I’m sorry but this was way below average food I felt really bad for spending good money on it.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need this time. My wife and I ordered a small cheese pizza, chicken strips, potato skins and a chef salad. Picked up our order and brought it home to eat. Opened the chicken strips and they were beyond over cooked. Hard as a rock! Potato skins were over cooked as well but eatable. Pizza was fine but nothing special. Salad was not fresh at all. Brought the chicken strips back and asked them how they could even serve those to anyone. The girl behind the counter was very nice and made sure it was cooked right the second time. None of the cooks in the kitchen could have cared less. She even cut one with a knife to ensure they were cooked properly. The other cooks were hanging out at the back door smoking, with the door wide open, while she made sure things were right. I did it get her name, I wish I would have. Kind of short blond girl working the register on 7/31/23. Thank you for being apologetic and caring. The owner should recognize her and clean house on the other employees that could care less about what they are serving people to eat.

Had a horrible experience at the Seckman Rd location. Came in to pick up our family order , at the specified time. Paid my bill then waited, waited, and waited. I talked to an employee to just give me my money back. Told me it’s in the oven. Seemed to be a slow night, couple people came and gone picking up their orders. During this time a lot of yelling and fun time going on in the back room.

This place seems to be going downhill quick. I’ve gone here frequently for years and it just isn’t the same anymore. Recently I’ve dealt with pizzas that weren’t cut at all, perpetually decreasing amounts of toppings, and inaccurate wait times. My most recent order went 40 minutes over the quoted time. Supposedly that was because they had to cook the chicken fresh. Even if that is the case, which is an awful strategy in the first place, it doesn’t come close to justifying the amount of time it took and the amount of chicken on the pizza was pathetic. It gets harder to support this place every time we order.

Called 3 times to speak to them about ordering because the online wasn’t working. She hung up on me in the middle of me ordering TWICE! I called back a third time and confronted her about hanging up and she argued. Never ordering from them again. Extremely childish worker. Put your customer on hold or let someone else pick up the phone.

I was disappointed they aren’t as good as the one that used to be by my house. The crust was not crispy and I thought the dressing for the salad was supposed to be a like a sweet sour. It was very much full of vinegar could barely eat it

Went in and asked about specials. Was given menu. I was showed 34.95 for 2 large pizza 2 toppings. Salad and app. Rang up price 48.xx. I questioned prices. The young lady went in the back for a minute. I was told prices went up menus were old prices. I said then why would you show me that was the price. Very shady. Not recommended. Check prices before you pay

Got a flyer in the mail for a “Family Deal” which consists of 2-large pizzas, 1 appetizer, 1 salad for $30.99, tried to order it online, price was $37.99. Called the store, was told they didn’t have any coupons like we HAD IN OUR HAND, went back and forth with the store and they said they would credit us once the delivery driver got the coupon. Meal was ordered at 4:10 on Saturday, received food at 5:25, ALL food was COLD. Called the store again, said they wouldn’t credit us for the coupon, but after further discussion with the manager, he agreed to give us a FULL REFUND, checked with our bank on Sunday, refund was NEVER GIVEN, and now they are telling us that they will ONLY give us a store credit, which we said NO THANKS because we have NO reason to ever do business with this place again!! Waiting on a call from the owner, which we are sure will NEVER HAPPEN! We tried to support our local business and THIS is what we get, we got told that the coupon we have IN HAND is no good(received in mail on Thursday) and food was ICE COLD, lettuce in salad was going bad and pizzas were not made correctly!! $50 on pizza and this is what we get, 2 days of TRYING to get our money refunded after we were told BY A MANAGER that they would refund us! BUYER BEWARE, their work ethic and customer service is a JOKE, go somewhere else!!

I order here almost monthly and have decided I am done. they always forget the Salas, dressing, extra sauce, over cook, pizza has been dropped and stuck to the top of box, or all toppings slide off. management never cares to make it right only offers a “credit” .. so I pay for a messed up order and when I order again MAYBE it will be right. management should make it right that same order and refund you! looks like it will be imos from now on..I give up.
