My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the Caviar Bar and found out that it is a lot more than just a bar. Yes, the place is seafood oriented, but one can also find on the menu seared foie gras and wagyu beef on live mushrooms – exotic items typical for high-end restaurants. The wine list contained a selection of carefully picked brands and vintages from around the world.

I loved the kaluga caviar. The service was knowledgeable about caviar and parings which helped my experience. We enjoyed some unique pairings like watermelon, eggs, jelly donut, waffle fries and fried chicken. My favorite was the watermelon. They also have a full menu as well but we only tried the caviar service.

All I can say is WoW! Food is beyond amazing. The service was exceptional. My favorite are the warm oysters. Chef Jimenez even took the time to introduce himself. I will definitely return. Everything I tried was sooo delicious.

Absolutely incredible experience. Wow. The food was SO good. I was told to go here and I am so happy I did. The miso cod was delicious. The crab salad wraps were good. I will say though, there was not much crab in it. But what was there was delicious. The breach was hot and soo fresh tasting. I had a passionfruit martini which was already really good. Overall, so many positives. I hope this restaurant gets the credit it deserves soon.

We wanted quality seafood and caviar-infused dishes in a beautiful atmosphere and all the boxes were checked at Caviar Bar Las Vegas by Chef Shaun Hergatt. The hostess seated us immediately, the manager stopped by to greet us and the server check for allergies as she poured our wine before we ordered. The experience was luxurious. This is a great girls night out or date night spot! I even saw a few business meetings taking place. If you are in town for a convention this could also be a great place to meet up with the team for champagne and appetizers before dinner nearby. I am going to come back soon to check out their dinner options.

We tried a lobster roll and a cocktail, both were spectacular! Highly recommend. Very cute decor. Friendly staff. Expensive drinks, $21 for a Berry White, but well made with excellent presentation. Similar to a white cosmo.

Coming back next time we are in town. Caviar was delicious, and Cod and Spagetti Pomodoro were excellent. Deserts were fresh and light. Congrats to the team in the kitchen!

We went for Happy Hour and sat at the bar. The bartender was fantastic, the Lobster Rolls were to die for as well as the Crab Cakes. Can’t wait to go back.
