Food is good but the service is so slow and all the employees look miserable. It took us 30 minutes to order with just 2 other people in front of us. The only employee that was working hard was Nick C. One of his coworkers without a name tag asked him where the avocado knife was and he told him in the back were they normally were and his co worker just stood there until Nick finished the to-go bowl he was working on and got the knife for his coworker. Also almost every table was dirty and looked like they had not been wiped down all day.

I used to love this place. A little pricey, but delicious food with great portions. Today, I could tell the portion police came through to try and generate more profits. Instead of hearty scoops of chicken, they were very measured, and minimal. Even the rice and greens were about half of what I’m used to. $18 for a smaller portion is just too much. This is the first time I’ve ever left this place still hungry. I’m out.

Very poor customer service. I ordered online and it said to be ready in 15 minutes. I came over and the place was not that busy my order took another 15 minutes to be ready. I could’ve ordered from the counter and had it faster. I asked to speak to the manager whose name is Pablo and he was downright short with me, had no explanation except something with their system. I asked him why don’t I just order at the counter and he just looked and he said yeah, go ahead kind of his attitude. Very upset with management and service.

Every time I’m in the area I stop at Cava. Excellent portions. Excellent food quality. Staff is always friendly. Price extremely fair, especially if you compare it pound for pound to something like Whole Foods salad bar. Get a ton of healthy food and you don’t feel gross or loaded down like when you eat junk. This place is fantastic.

Welp, would have loved to try this out but after dealing with the frustration of attempting to order online, being forced to make an account in order to do so, and then after putting in my credit card info to order the tab saying submit wouldn’t work despite it stating it accepted my payment method. Maybe some point I’ll go in, as it looks very tasty, but definitely not jumping through those ridiculous hoops again just to get turned down. Oh, and you can’t call in an order. That’s stupid. Definitely seems like they just want your info for marketing and whatever other means…..

Delicious fast casual with lots of choices. Check their allergen guide online before visiting for gluten-free choices. I had the Greek salad. I deducted one star because the floors were a little sticky and the tables weren’t being wiped. It would be great also if the allergens were marked in the store.

Love the chicken right rice bowl but a big reason I come is for my Maine Root soda-fix. I ordered one and the cashier gave me a cup only to find out AFTER paying that the machine is out of order! You couldn’t tell me that when I ordered? I asked if there was another machine in the back and she said “you can get a bottle from that cooler.” Rude. And I wanted a FOUNTAIN soda, not bottled.
