AMAZING!! The flavors were SO good. The three of us literally enjoyed every single bite. I can’t wait to come back and get some again. We all did the build your own salad. Seriously so delicious and the employees were so patient and helpful in answering questions and suggesting things. Thank you! And a comical bathroom sign which I appreciate.

I’ve been twice in the past two weeks, and I’ve loved it both times! Their food is fresh and refreshing. I love the harissa avocado bowl; it’s the perfect size. I love spicy food, but those sensitive to spices might find it too hot to handle. I’d recommend any of their house’s juices. It’s worth going just for the juice.

I love Mediterranean type food, so I was excited to try Cava. I was a little overwhelmed by all of the choices at first, but the awesome staff was so helpful in explaining the concept and I was thrilled at all of the healthy variations they offered. I chose to make my own bowl, starting out with mixed greens and rice. And from there it’s all a blur but oh what a delicious blur! Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, I had planned to eat only a small amount and save some for later but that did not happen! I ate every bite, leaving nothing behind but the brownie that I bought (tiny but yummy) Next time (oh yes, there will be a next time)I definitely plan to try the amazing in house teas and beverages that they make.

Yum! I ordered a bowl from the menu . It was called Right Rice . It contained romaine, hummus , feta cheese, tazaki sauce and more. It was delicious. My dining partner had a wrap and said it was delicious as well. Next time I’ll create my own bowl. The food is amazingly fresh and delicious. Definitely worth checking out !! I will definitely be back. I do wish they had a pickup window! They also have outdoor seating. Update: went again and built a bowl.Great system set up with labels , lots of choices, and very generous on the amount you’re able to choose. it turned out delicious. We also ordered red pepper hummus with pita chips. The pita chips are crispy, and the hummus very flavorful. Yum! Everything was so fresh. I tried the blue berry lavender drink and it was refreshing. I recommend the lemonaid as well . The only w problem with their food is that I crave it every day now!

I was surprised by how tasty the food was, for a fast casual restaurant like this! It’s similar to a Chipotle but with mediterranean food. We just tried some of their signature bowls instead of building our own, & we were surprised by the large quantity of food & the quality of ingredients. For the prices, it’s totally reasonable. Their house-made drinks are very tasty as well. Definitely give it a try!

I have placed a couple of very large orders with the Pensacola location and received wonderful customer service. One order was for over 20 separate selections. The team did a great job making sure each selection was labeled and my team had a wonderful lunch! Many thanks for helping to make my job a lot easier!

It was my first time there and I was astounded at how good the food was. The pita chips are dangerous and the hummus is really good. I had the spicy lamb meatball on pita and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and and good and the service was great too. Kiara and her coworker (I forgot her name) did really great and were super nice!

First time here to Cava. The menu is very confusing at first, but after figuring it out, it was easy to understand. It reminds me of Chipotle, where you pick all your fixings, either in a bowl or pita. The staff didn’t seem too friendly when taking my order. For new people coming in, there should be some instructions on the wall with bigger print. I ordered the sweet & spicy chicken. It was a pre-made pita. It was tasty with a nice spice level. As I finished the pita, it got spicier. Definitely a good place for a healthier option. It was a 6.5 Chau

Finally Cava opened!! I definitely prefer it over Zoe’s and Chipotle! I got the Balsamic chicken bowl. The flavors are so good!! However, the portions are on the smaller side. Do try their flavored drinks! The cucumber mint lime one is very refreshing. Looking forward to coming back!

Every time my mom and I eat at Cava Pensacola, we are delighted by the cheerful and helpful staff serving us. The food always looks fresh and delicious and is constantly being replenished. Tonight was no different– we had impeccable service from Ray and Stephanie and another lady(her beautiful name slips my mind). It was quick, delicious and we shared lots of laughter with the staff. The staff all seemed to have a good time which always makes a place feel good. We eat here frequently and will continue to eat here because of the top notch service and food we always receive.
