Great service! This place is not a typical walk up. You have to download the app to order. Nevertheless, I loved it! First time trying the lamb bowl! Brandee was very helpful & the service was fast!

CAVA is amazing. it’s a great substitute for fast food, that’s healthy and fresh, and also very flavorful. is it authentic? not really, but it’s very very good. I’ve had it maybe a little under ten times now and the flavor is consistent. I get the hot harissa chicken bowl with cucumber, avocado and falafel. I’ve haven’t tried anything else because I just really enjoy that combo. their drinks are also very good.

While their bowls are great, it has become really annoying when they leave out ingredients that a customer has selected and paid for. Our office orders Cava regularly from the Dunwoody GA location and almost every time 2 or 3 bowls arrive without ingredients selected. Today for the 3rd time, two orders came in without pickled onions. I am all for supporting local businesses but it gets very annoying when they cannot get a simple bowl right!

If more stars could exist in reviews beyond 5 I would give it to them because this is some of the best service I have ever received from any chain ever. For context, I placed a catering order for 30 people for our business lunch. An hour before I was supposed to pick up the order, I was informed by my higher up that we needed to place a catering package for an additional 10 people. I went to pick up my order and explained my dilemma to the management to see what they could do. Without a shadow of doubt they said they can do it. And not only did they get another round done but they got it for me in an insane short amout of time and packed it for me in my car! They are HEAVEN SENT! As for the food, they definitely never dissappoint and was peak freshness upon serving and was a huge huge hit. In conclusion we are already going to put another order for next week!
