Haven’t been let down by Cava yet. This one just as good as the others. Pita chips were a little salty but easy to brush off. Workers were nice. They ran out of harissa sauce so that was a bummer. It was close to closing time and was busy so understandable

Went to Cava to pick up a mobile order and had to wait of course with the inside not being busy at all. I was told that they were waiting on the harissa chicken for one of the bowls. Once it was ready they handed me the bag and a cup for the inconvenience but as to my surprise when arriving home, one of my bowls was completing missing the protein. I called up there and immediately asked for a manager however the team member tried to rectify the problem. I once again requested the manager and she just gave me an email to reach out for for a refund and then suggested driving a half hour in traffic so they could remake my bowl that i was already waiting on. This is not the first time my mobile order has been messed up.

I’m really surprised at such high ratings as I have tried to refrain from leaving a bad one for a while. The wait here is ALWAYS RIDICULOUS! This place clearly needs better management! The food prep area is always a mess, and the staff spend more time walking to the back than serving the customers. Please do better!

This is a $15 meal for burnt chicken a root of an onion. I asked for the two dressings on the side, and they dumped both of them on the salad. Never again.

Today was my first time trying cava, the employees were very helpful by giving me recommendations and giving great descriptions about the menu, they recommended I try the lemon chicken bowl and it was a 10/10. I will definitely be back. Food is great, employees are great, the restaurant was beautifully setup. I highly recommend

The food is good and service is pretty good too! I had a harissa avocado made by Mary, Dhana, and Jocelyn. Normally self serve restaurants are intimidating but I guess they could tell it was my first time because they helped me make the bowl how I would like it and even made some recommendations for me to try! I’d really recommended the braised lamb, I had a sample and it was amazing I’ll definitely be getting it next time!

Came to this location at 9:28 pm and the doors were locked even though you could see that some people were still being served. Guess they made it through the doors before 9:28 pm. Not sure why they closed 30 min before closing time. If your hours have changed please update the hours on your door and on Google Maps. Would make choosing where to dine after certain hours more convenient.

I have been eating here almost everyday for the last couple weeks and decided to come back and get a bowl for me and my son. Apparently ordering more than one bowl upset Mary, who says she was the manager, as she sighed and made sarcastic comments to me for no apparent reason. I consider myself to be friendly and I intentionally am patience with those in food and retail because I have done it before and understood. But if this is the management and attitude I have to deal with, i will no longer eat at this establishment.

Bad customer service. Horrible. Will never be back. First and only experience. Also, they were out of a lot of ingredients on a Sunday afternoon, including a to go bag. Customer Service is truly a lost art. And the black lentils were not cooked well. They were hard and crunchy. Meal ruined. Couldn’t even eat the food I paid for and suffered through bad customer service to get.
