I was excited to finally taste Cava, and I was very disappointed. I arrived at 9:40 pm. I did not get a warm greeting. I guess they may have been upset because they were closing at 10 pm, but that is not an excuse to make my pita sandwich sloppy. As the lady was making my pita sandwich, I mentioned it was my first time coming here. She ignored me as though I was not talking. Then she proceeded to drench my pita with some green liquid that got all over the place. I asked her if it was supposed to be that much liquid? She ignored me again. As she’s ringing me up, I notice she was not about to wipe off my bag that had the messy green liquid on it. I told her, “Please wipe off my bag.” That’s when she finally got a paper towel and wiped it off. When I got home, the pita was so wet, my daughter had to wipe her pita off, but I threw mine away. I spent $27 on two wet pita sandwiches and a side of sweet potatoes. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I really heard great things about Cava. I don’t think I’ll return to a Cava after this. My other daughter mentioned they are really good and to try another location. I tried calling the restaurant this morning several times before posting this, but no one is picking up.

My dog Josh crushed it today it today! Earlier this week my boy went a little light on the rice, but today he was heavy on the chicken and that fired me up! Izzy was so helpful at the register and had a very positive attitude. Leah is the best, she always provides great customer service. I hope all these workers are compensated adequately for their positive review!

Recently visited for the first time. I ordered a Harissa Avocado Bowl (no chicken) and Pita Chips, which were both EXTREMELY tasty. Additionally, I left a valuable item while dining and didn’t discover that it was missing until after I had arrived home. I returned the next day and was able to retrieve the item, so kudos to the staff and the Good Samaritan who secured it. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to give them a try.

I placed my online order at 12:12 to be ready at 12:45 and when I got there at 1:00 it was not even ready. I had 8 ppl ahead of me waiting to pick up their order who placed it even earlier than me. I got my food by 1:33 over an hr later. If you’re placing your order ahead online don’t even waste you time, you might get your food quicker if you place it in person. There has to be a better system in place during lunch rush. I shouldn’t have to spend half of my break waiting on my meal.

The food here was soooo good. I love me a good bowl. These bowls were so good that even the kids ate them. I love how you could make your own Mediterranean styled bowl. The line rep made suggestions that helped us decide on what to add to our bowl, due to it being our first time. The decor was cute and comfortable, the tap water was fresh, and they offered kids meals. I will be back!

I hate ordering from her online because they away short you on the amount of food In your order, paying almost $20 full my Bowl up please. I’ve have to take my order back a few times before because you wouldn’t put things in my bowl I ordered. And sometimes the pita bread is old and hard
