The employees here were terrible. Slapped the food around and messy (Pic below) with an attitude like we were inconveniencing them . Was so weird. They weren’t busy and the rudeness was unreal. The food was delicious, but the experience was not. Maybe train employees, pay more or help to have better customer experiences.

I am not one to write reviews but here I go. I absolutely love Cava, it’s one of my favorite restaurants in town. However, they have been downsizing the portions of their bowls very significantly. It looks like somebody already ate 1/4 of my bowl prior to even touching it.

I use the mobile app/drive thru and it’s always convenient. The food is always excellent and on point. Chase is always polite and overall awesome!! Joe the manager is great as well! Definitely my favorite location to visit.

The food was pretty good….they’ve greatly reduced portion sizes unfortunately and the staff was incredibly uninterested in helping us. They were quite rude and that was disappointing. They also gave me the wrong items in my bowl and charged extra for them. It’s a shame because the food really is good here.

We went to Cava and they were slam packed! But the line moved so quickly and I even noticed they had a manager, Katie, working up at the front. She was so helpful, made sure our order was correct, and she was checking in with staff all at the same time. You could tell that they got through that lunch rush by all working together. I’m definitely gonna make it my new lunch spot.

Great experience at this location – the atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone there was so helpful. When I was indecisive of what to order, Giuliana gave me some pretty tasty suggestions! The harissa honey chicken was delicious and definitely worth the up charge. We will be back!

Mike has awesome customer service and the food is absolutely amazing! We love the environment and the staff is very respectful and professional. This is also the only really good Mediterranean place in Wilmington and moving from Florida it’s comforting knowing we have a place to go that we love !
