Csva has fresh and healthy Mediterranean food. This is one of my favorite restaurants as the service is fast and the food is constantly good. I recommend downloading their app and ordering ahead of time as they can get busy. You can even order and pay ahead to avoid waiting, and your food will be waiting for pickup. Plenty of seating inside and out and the heart of Birkdale.

I came here with my roommate and friends to celebrate her birthday and we wanted good, clean food. That’s exactly what we got, but wasn’t expecting the amazing service we got as well! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Tonight after work I had placed an online order, which I was given the time of 9pm that it would be ready. So, I walked over at 9:07, noticed it was still not on the shelf. Okay, no biggie I get it some places are understaffed and need a bit of extra time. Around 9:20, I asked a male if he knew when my Order would be ready. He said he was unsure, asked the women and she looked at me and then rolled her eyes and kept taking other people’s orders. So time passed. Now it is 9:37pm!

Food here is awesome, but this location is clearly horribly managed. Service is consistently and shockingly slow, regardless of who is working. Some nights that I’ve ordered here, I’ve waited so long that I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served before I can get one bowl made here. Tonight, it took FORTY MINUTES and it’s not crowded. Plus the ice machine is broken. Please address the poor management of this location, I love Cava but the mismanagement is making me want to stop coming.

This is the BEST Cava in the Charlotte area. They always give 10/10 service and great portions. Our first experience was with Angela. She gave great service and motivated myself and my girlfriend to drive from the University area to Huntersville! We recently experienced great customer service from Connor who was willing to pick out cucumbers for the tomato and cucumber mix when they were out of cucumber. Not to go in too long, we will definitely continue to return and spread the word.

Best Cava location I’ve been to, the service was excellent and the food was absolute fire. I’ve never been to a restaurant that lets you pick what you get and it not be a crusty sub or overpriced burrito. For what I paid it was 100x worth it. Great atmosphere and awesome employees that serve you with some glowing smiles. Make sure y’all pull up and get you some authentic Greek pitas!!

Ordered take out at 9am for an 11am pick up. Arrived at 11:10 and my order wasn’t ready. Waited patiently until 11:20 before speaking with someone about the delay. I was told they were understaffed and behind on orders. What I did see was one person working take out and two people standing at the counter with no one line. It would have been much faster to just walk in and order. At 11:30 I started seeing take orders with a promised times of 11:15 and 11:30 put on the pick up shelf. Once again I was told sorry for the delay. I asked if I could cancel my take out order and just order at the counter and was told they had no way to refund an online order at the store. My order was finally completed at 11:50. I was picking up lunch for a business lunch and ended up 30 minutes late to my meeting. While the food was good, the lack of respect for my time and poor customer service will keep me from returning to Cava

the food was pretty good, but they were out of the harissa vinaigrette so that was a bummer. what really made this experience bad was that there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom and I had to ask three different people before anyone brought toilet paper. I waited maybe 15 min just to use the restroom.
