Cava in Timonium is the best place to go for someone who prefers a whole food plant base way of eating!

Unfriendly staff. Employee was speaking so low and would barely speak louder when i stated i can’t hear him. I don’t have any hearing issues so there’s no reason he should’ve been speaking so low to me. I ordered a bowl with half chicken/half falafel. I’m supposed to receive 2 falafel.. why do i have 1 1/2? Second falafel is dry and burnt, and looks as if half of it was ripped off. Shows the employees have no care when cooking the food. I’m not sure if I’ll be back again. I love cava but this one just keeps going downhill every time i visit. So unfortunate.

Not sure why this place had a 3 star rating because as my first time visit with some friends. We all had a great visit! The servers in the line making our food were very knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating. The portions were large, reasonably priced and it was delicious! Ignore the negative reviews and go give it a try you will have enough to take home (if you get a bowl).

The service here is amazing. I had the sweetest server named Cooper. He was so helpful and told me what was good because I had never been there before. Let’s just say he was spot on! I love to see workers like him these days! Thank you Cooper!

I love the food here, and the staff used to be really friendly and attentive, but it’s gone downhill recently. Took over 10 minutes to get my food when there was no one in line in front of me, the employees kept joking around with one another while there was a whole line of people waiting to be helped. One guy even stopped in the middle of helping me to make his own food and go on break. The counter was really messy and they were out of every other thing. All of these employees were men. There were no issues when there were women working at this establishment.

I love cava but this was my first time at this location. I was in the area and ordered through the app to take home. I got home and they forgot the side pita (fine, I should have checked). But they forgot my veggies (I’m vegetarian)…that’s like forgetting someone’s chicken in their bowl. I basically paid $10 plus dollars for lettuce and rice. I was already home and it was too far to go back. I don’t think I should have to open my bowl and inspect the ingredients before I leave the restaurant.

I will never go back here! The “customer service” was laughable. I had never been to a cava before and it came highly recommended. Not this one. The person at the counter looked annoyed that I was even there. The proteins looked like they had been there since yesterday. I ended up just throwing my food away because of the smell in my car! I should have just walked out! I am so disappointed, I will try cava again but NEVER this location!!!!!

While I love Cava, I was a bit disappointed with this location. Staff seemed uninterested in working at a faster pace. My pita sat on the bar (already made) waiting to be wrapped for 10 mins before I could ring out. Moving at a snails pace is not the service I want for hot food. Needless to say, my food was COLD. Forget asking to have it remade. Staff wasn’t friendly. Made you feel like you were a burden. We sat inside but had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. It will be a long time before we revisit this location.
