This is my first time trying this place. Didn’t know we had these back in Los Angeles. We were visiting DC and going back to our family’s home in Adelphi, so we took the train up to college park station. Instead of waiting at the station we walked to Starbucks and got hungry and decided to try CAVA over chipotle.

First time visiting Cava. I was off of 14th Street in D.C.. Needless to say, this one in college Park is pretty popular. My 2nd experience was here. YES, it’s a Starbucks atmosphere. Venting vs. Large kinda thing “You gotta know what you’re ordering.”

It’s unfortunate that bad experience can make the food horrible. Came to this location and the Customer Service was absolutely horrible. To think I started coming to Cava a month and a half ago and became addicted speaks volume. However I normally go to the one in Lanham, MD. Which by the way has ALWAYS had overthetop Customer Service. I only visited this location today because my home location was out of several items. So I drove 30 minutes to the nearest one which was this location only to be given a completely different experience. An African American male by the name of Elliot was extremely disrespectful. Slammed our bowls and wraps on the countertos and was very cold. Had an attitude, never ‘greeted’ us but ‘greeted’ the Asian woman behind us. I asked the cashier for a manager, come to find out Elliott was the manager Customer Service isn’t what it used to be and I really wish companies as reputable and loved as Cava would uphold not only great food but having people that truly want to give the experience to people…there. I would never recommend this location. EVER!

talk about awesome customer service! i was a first timer and had tons of questions in regards to how to order my food. Cecilia was a great help! she answered all my questions and did with a smile/laughing with me the whole way. now if every place was like this Cava, we’d all be smiles. FOOD was 100% fresh from the meat(s) to the sides to the greens to the grains, the whole 9 yards .. I’d go back for another bowl anytime, BUT, i think ill go for the pita next y’all! the flyer omw out the door sold me hahaha

It was disappointing to be in line for over 30 minutes, they were giving the first 150 customer a free meal, which is great, however, no one said when the 150 customers were already given the meal and people waited and waited. It would have been nice if they would have let people know. Their food is good. I love thetzatziki, the eggplantwith red peppers, the lamb meatballs as well.
