I love Cava it’s like eating healthy but also actually liking the food. Now not everyone’s going to like Cava, it’s one of those things where if you eat it you like it and if you don’t like it you don’t. But if you don’t like it firsthand try a different recipe. It’s like Chipotle where you can make your bowl the way you want so if you don’t like it add or don’t add something. I suggest just looking at the menu online to see what options they have before going.

Used to be great. Recent bowls were dissatisfactory: cabbage stems and half-balls of falafel. (Falafel isn’t even all that expensive to make, it’s not meat!) These were also “chef’s” recommended bowls… They weren’t cheap either $30 for two tiny meat-less bowls of mostly kale and cabbage stems.

So this place gets 2 stars because although the food tasted good, the service was horrible. We walked in on Memorial Day at about 2:30 pm. There was one table of patrons eating and zero customers at the counter. The three staff members basically ignored us even though it was very obvious that we were clueless. Even when my daughter ordered, the server said almost nothing. The tables were filthy…. My napkin stuck to the table when I sat down and I had to scrape it off the table with my fingernail. Also, the straws were empty. When I asked one of the girls for a straw, one girl was playing on her phone and annoyed that I bothered her. She didn’t even look up at me. How do you have three ppl working with almost no customers and still have gross tables and empty utensils. I will NOT be coming back. Sadly, because again, the food was pretty good.

I usually order online for delivery, but decided to stop by in-person this time. The ambiance was nice. You can eat outside or inside. I ate outside since it was a nice day. The server at the counter was SUPER friendly. He explained my options and showed me the selections, and also recommended certain toppings. I truly enjoyed my salad, and all of the topping choices. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious . I highly recommend CAVA for a deliciously organic and Greek-style salad!

Was my first time visiting cava and I loved it!! The staff were very welcoming and guided me through everything. Everything overall was very clean. Two employees were constantly cleaning while I was there one young lady was cleaning the dining room, and the other man was emptying trash cans and refilling their juice bar. Loved how clean this location is, good service, and the food was fresh! Will definitely return.

First time ever having Cava. Atmosphere is ok. Some employees were nicer than others. Very small portions of the toppings. It looked like they were using a tablespoon to scoop them out. Some toppings were two scoops, while some were one. The lamb meatballs were good but they were really small. I got half spicy chicken and half lamb meatballs. The two meatballs looked like one meatball cut in half. The amount of spicy chicken was enough for a toddler, so I couldn’t appreciate the taste. I spent $30 for 2 meals with avocado on the top and a drink. It really looked like a $20 meal, definitely not the amount I spent. I finally gave it a try but I think I’ll pass on a future visit.

Great place to eat. I come here two to three times a week for lunch and the place is always clean, great environment, welcoming, and friendly staff. Food is always fresh. Young lady at register is always very kind to myself every time I go, and managers always are always very understanding! Love this place!!

I plan to call corporate regarding the lack of good customer service and quality food at this location. I’ve given this establishment three different chances to get it right. I typically order through the online app and each and every time I arrive for pick up the individual at the window is rude, has an issue if I ask them to provide an item that was left off of my order by whomever prepared it. Not to mention when I get my food it’s prepared with less than the standard amount of ingredients. I’ve even added on and paid for extra protein/grains, etc and it still my food isn’t prepared right. This location is much closer to my home, but I will drive to the College Park location just to receive better service and quality food.
