i frequent this cava a lot, and i always have a pretty good experience, but today? i had the worst experience. i came in around 7pm and as soon as i began ordering, the associate was so disrespectful. she didn’t greet me.. she stared at me blankly when i asked for certain items. she was throwing the food in the bowl with no care whatsoever. it honestly seemed like she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. she charged me extra for things i never get charged extra for, she was being very rude and not accommodating. i realized she missed my pita bread, so i asked for it and she got mad, huffed and puffed, went back grabbed the bread and threw it on top of my bowl. i couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was. a shame.

Nice looking restaurant. The food is super fresh and tastes very Mediterranean. I think you should get a bit more meat in your bowls for the price and the bathrooms could use better cleaning. All in all this place is a good option for fresh and flavorful food and drinks. I picked the Harissa Avacado bowl which comes with a little piece of pita and I got the cucumber mint drink which is actually my favorite thing there. The other item we got was to create your own bowl which is a great option if none of the featured items tickle your fancy.

This place is Usually short staffed. I have experienced extensive wait times beyond the promised Pickup time on multiple occasions. Best to go in Person and order. Also the portion quantity has drastically reduced. I only like the harissa chicken here. Other protein options taste meh

This place is amazing!!! I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. The bowls are completely delicious and are made with fresh ingredients, and I personally think the portions are large and generous as I was completely full when I leave. The restaurant is clean and has a fun vibe and the staff is so friendly and nice. I’m so excited to have discovered this gem and I will be going back ASAP!

The manager Jellinny and the general manager Gilberto were outstanding. I had to place a last minute large lunch order for a job and they accommodated it and even let me call shortly before they opened. They were so kind and understanding and paid attention to detail with the requests my job had. Their staff were so kind when I came in too. I cannot thank them enough, I’ll definitely consider Cava when I need to place orders for work in the future. Thank you for everything!

Great new restaurant in the old Zoe’s location. Delicious fresh food. Staff is always very nice and efficient. Today for reason my lunch was given to me for no charge. When I started to enter my credit card the lady told me “take it out. This meals free, you’re in hear a lot and we really appreciate your business”. Unexpected and outstanding!

Don’t come at dinner time. The staff rush and don’t even put 1/4 cup of grains + rice in the bowl. Everything is just thrown in rapid fire. They also didn’t ensure my cava rewards went through, they just waved there hand at me and moved to the next customer without a real response. When I come at lunch they have served normal servings.

It was my first time in yesterday wanted to check it out because chipotle hasn’t been the same lately. Let me tell you when I say the girl running the counter has great customer service I mean she’s the best !!! The food was amazing & the drinks were very refreshing i think this will be my go to for bowls now .
