I stop in frequently after work and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating whether it be take out or eat in. Their food is always delicious and the place is spotless! Kinda surprising considering how much foot traffic they get.. Oh and the patio area is a great addition to this place.. I could go on and on.. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Tasty Mediterranean style food – similar to Chiptole in the sense you order step by step. Their offerings are a little pricey, but the meal portion seems reasonable once you’re done. They have several flavors of lemonades that are worth trying, especially on a hot day.

I finally tried cava a couple of months ago and their food is delicious, filling, and fresh. The reason for 4 stars is the customer service. I usually order in person and when I ask for pita chips, I was charged every time even though they are supposed to come free with a bowl order. Last week I ordered online for pickup and saw that the pita chips is a FREE side option so I opted in. I go to pick up and order and of course the chips were not included. I kindly reminded the staff at the register that my order should have included two orders is pita chips. He looked at the receipt and then tried to charge me for it. I said online it says the chips are free, so he tossed them in my bag and walked away. Disgusting customer service but this location is close to where I work, which is the only time I see myself ordering Cava. I wish they would hire respectful and knowledgeable staff that won’t try and charge you for free items. The food is tasty though

I’ve had problems a few times before, but this is now the last one. I will never order from Cava again and will not recommend it to anyone. I pay $15 for a plate of salad and I don’t get proper service. I asked for extra chicken but they didn’t put it. Even though I paid for it. I said half arugula and half super greens. They made all of them argula. I will never, ever order again. Definitely don’t order online because they don’t care. Also, there is water accumulation at the bottom of the salad plate and this has happened to me a few times. I guess they serve the salad they washed without drying it.

Confrontational attitude and service when I politely asked for 1 more scoop of hummus. Server calmed down at the end and suggested crispy potato sticks. Paid $22 for rice bowl with extra braised lamb+avocado after getting audited for my 3/3 hummus toppings.

This is the only cava location that is consistent in disappointing customers. The basamati rice and brown rice are always undercooked and crunchy af. The portion sizes when ordering delivery are significantly less than they give you when ordering face to face. They never remember your side pita or side dressings. They forget ingredients in your bowl and somehow get random pieces of things you did not ask for in there. Their pita chips are stale and taste like they’ve been sitting out for days. Waste of money at this location. Should fr fire the whole staff.

Cava food is not bad, but every time we order for delivery they get it wrong. Tonight was the third time we ordered a salad/bowl with lamb and it arrived with no lamb, and other ingredients missing as well. One of us ordered pita on the side and that was also missing. When we called to ask for a replacement we were told that we could get a refund only — FOR 25%! So with all the fees, we have now paid pretty much full price for a meal that had no protein and was less than half of the expected amount of food. Outrageous. We won’t be ordering from Cava again.
