Food was pretty standard for this kind of set up. Workers were terribly rude. Additionally, the tables were sticky and the whole ambiance of the restaurant was too loud. Probably better if I just stuck to carry out with how unfriendly the workers are. Really made it seem like I was bothering them and the conversations they were having with coworkers.

Cafeteria type service with extraordinary ingredients served in a bowl or wrap. Choices are plentiful and very fresh. Multiple type greens, rices, proteins including vegan vegitarian items. I recomend the garlic dressing, pickled red onions, roasted veggies and red pepper humus. Price is fair but the tables aren’t bused when its busy.

I ordered delivery from here online and when I opened the bag, the entire order was wrong. No reciept or anything inside either. And when I tried to call the restaurant…nobody answered the phone! So that left me with one choice, to go directly to the restaurant and show them in person that the order was wrong and hopefully get a refund and/or the food I asked for.

Today, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the team members who prepare online orders at the Hingham, MA location. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn’t in a bag as I had requested. I checked my order to make sure I received everything and noticed that the portion size was extremely small because some of the food (pickles/onions/broccoli) was missing from both of the grain bowls I ordered. I went to the counter to inform the team member and she had a bad attitude and was rude to me. She tried to argue with me that the missing items were inside the bowl although they clearly were not. She ended up adding the missing items. Her behavior was totally unacceptable. She needs to be trained on on to prepare correct portion sizes and how to provide exceptional customer service to CAVA’s customers. I hope the general manager, Mike, will see this complaint and correct what appears to be an ongoing issue at this location.
