We have been here several times but today I decided to try the kale salad with steak added as the protein. The different tastes and textures of this salad were very well balanced and delicious. Everything was fresh and served quickly. Their drink menu is also very impressive

This place is great! If you have not been, you need to go. The margaritas are great, fast service, and the servers stay on top of their tables. Dishes cleared, drinks stay filled, etc. Food was hot with beautiful presentation. I think our servers name was Gerardo. Not sure if I have it right. He did an amazing job! This was our first time. I had never heard of the place and just picked it randomly. Will definitely be back with friends!

This is a nice, clean restaurant with good food. It is not your typical mexican restaurant with loud music and chaotic atmosphere. You can have a conversation with ease here. Server was very friendly and helpful. The food was presented beautifully and in a timely manner. A big serving of nachos came, but unfortunately there was very little meat on them. Otherwise Catrinas would be a 5 star review.

One of the best restaurants in Springfield. The chefs are incredible! Every time we’ve been our food has been outstanding. The ingredients they use are fresh, every component of the meal is delicious, and the plates have a very nice presentation. Also, the margaritas are amazing! A hidden gem. 10/10 One of our new favorite spots.

Braeden was fabulous. The beans tasted just like how my grandma made them when I was a child. Magical

Overall, medicure food but a nice experience. We started with the small queso, perfect ammount for two people. I got the steak street tacos and they were pretty good, not my favorite but I ate it all. My friend got the divorciados and they were “okay”. Felt like our food got cooled off rather quickly and wasn’t necessarily all the same temperature. Our waiter George was super kind and attentive and we enjoyed having him as well as the other young man, Ethan, who came and talked to us. We ordered the sopapilla cheese cake for dessert and I wouldn’t say it’s anything to write home about. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things, overall a pleasant experience but wouldn’t return soley for the food

What an absolute wonderful fine here in Springfield! This Mexican food restaurant earned its high rating end it is excellent. The fajitas were outstanding. They were cut into thin strips and it wound up being way more than I can eat in one setting. We’re from Texas and we know Mexican food. I can tell you this place Roxanna is well worth the time to come by here and pay these people a visit – they know what they’re doing here! Will be back for sure.

Lovely place with delicious margaritas and super tasty food. Alejandro’s Margarita was my favorite. Attentive and patient staff, as we had a large party. Loved the chicken tings street tacos. A must add to my list of favorites.

Kind of a creepy place, there are actually skulls, not real ones, hanging on the wall. Nothing about the decor screams, ‘This is a Mexican Cantina’. Their loud music of choice was American Pop. Service wasn’t bad, waitress was friendly, but they were understaffed, so things were a little slow. Absolutely zero team work by the wait staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, they weren’t your Texas fajitas, but passable. Awful beer choices, and the margarita was terrible. Almost forgot, who signed off on those chips? It was like eating bagel chips with your salsa, this should not be a painful act. One and done!
