The outer edge of the steak was tolerable, so by the time I realized the animal was still live and well on my table I felt too bad to send it back as I had eaten a lot of it already. The parts that were edible were tasty, the rest was so chewy. For the price, and the level of class this place projects, this is absolutely unacceptable. Cooking a steak to the appropriate level is the bare minimum. Very disappointing.

Waited 20min with no attention or acknowledgment of any sort, 2 managers, 2 servers and 2 bartenders insight, they could all see that I was not attended to. I got up and told the hosts and asked to speak to the manager. He apologized and said “he’d make it up to me”. I was so tired and hungry so I decided to stay, pictured here is how “he made it up to me”, not good enough to say the least. I’m a restaurant manager myself and I would have done a lot more if I was managing. The server was nice and I could tell she tried to change my mood. As I walked out the host had her phone held up typing away. The food wasn’t good either, I asked for medium well and it came medium rare coated with so much pepper/spice I had to scrape it off, I packed it up to recook it at home. Such a disappointing experience, I regretted not getting a quick bite at the market close by.

One word – out of this world! Catch steak is one of the best steakhouses ever. Their snow beef is to die for. Snow Beef is named so because they are raised in the severe cold region of Hokkaido Japan which gives rise to a typical marbling pattern resembling snow crystals. It’s one of the 4 restaurants in the world that serve this rare beef. It’s cooked over hot stone at the table and is beyond delicious. Also highly recommend their wagyu, lobster rolls, Alaskan king crab, truffle butter, and caviar. Good drinks and great wine list. We had a great time and will be back for sure.

Went here for a casual mid week dinner. Made reservations and showed up in time for them to only be greeted by girls at the front who could use some education on customer service. They asked us to wait and after nearly 45 minutes past our reservation time got me a manager. Joe was great. Got us a table immediately and apologized for the in oven once. The server was terrific and attentive. Food came out fast and quality was good. Steak was cooked correctly and sides did not disappoint. Hopefully the work on their front end of the restaurant and then I would be back as food was on par.

Nice ambiance! Great place to take a few pictures. I would rate it higher but we ordered 1 of our steaks medium well and it was cooked well. We let the server know and she informed the Manger who then offered us a dessert and to remake the it but it would take awhile to cook. Food was mediocre overall.

I love Catch Steak. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere. My boyfriend and I are such fans of everything we’ve tried. However, the last time we went we had a reservation (as you always should) and weren’t seated until almost an hour after the reservation. That’s the only con I can name, otherwise 5 stars.
