We have Catalyst all the time at Big Train games. My son is obsessed with their hot dogs and says they’re the best he’s ever had. I’m not a hot dog person (sorry) so I usually get a delicious burger.

Coming from Philly, these hot dogs really bring me back to some memorable flavors. The “All the Way” dog was perfect. The chili was perfect for a hot dog. The potato bun is pillow soft. The best part of the hot dog was the hot dog! Perfect snap when you bite into it and great beef taste! I was only planning to eat one but had to order another one on the spot!

I hadn’t had 2 hot dogs, bag of chips and a soda from a food truck for about 30 years, so I was shocked at the price, but in reality, the prices are in line with everyone else’s. The hot dog and the toppings were excellent, will definitely be back.

I got to try their hots dogs at Denizens brewery and let me just say that they had one of the best tasting Chicago hot dogs outside of Chicago. The hot dog itself had more flavor than of any hotdog I’ve ever had. 100% worth the price
