Overpriced food, bland taste, but hey – more cost effective than the other grill. Also, only option if you did not pack. If they can improve the food then the price would be reasonable. So if you can pack, better alternative.

Look. The view is amazing. The food is overpriced, but I would expect that. The cashiers were friendly and efficient. Now to food quality, my burger was cold and old. Sol old I would think the grill cook made it 3 hours earlier and then got sent home. My fries were also cold and old. Lowest quality fries as well. My wife had a salad and the chicken was still partially frozen on the salad. She said the chicken was the lowest quality she has ever had. Save your money for something in town. It amazing me that the park can’t see how food quality would be important. I own 13 restaurants and I would be ashamed to serve the garbage we had to eat.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I’d like to say that this was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten but calling it a burger would be giving this “food” more credit than it deserves. It was cold, dry, and overcooked. Find somewhere else to eat and don’t waste your money here.

The food is pretty bad here. But you are here for the views.

I would give them ZERO STARS if it was possible. Usually, I don’t rate places, but when they refused to serve me a plain burger or sandwich, I could not ignore this horrible experience, modifing food is a basic step to have a service method, employees are too lazy to modify food requests.

Not a huge selection, but the hot dog meal was perfectly fine, they were generous with the fries, and the views are spectacular. Service was pretty fast on the day we were there despite the lunchtime crowds. The cashier was very pleasant.

One of the worst dining experiences I have had and to be avoided. Over 3 days most of the menu was unavailable due to them being out of things. When asked if they normally have the yogurt parfait (priced over 7 dollars) no employee could remember the last time they had it. The wait for food was incredibly long both in a line that throughout the day moved slowly and was outside the door, but also inside waiting after you got your food. Noticed the only times the line got short there was a woman working the register instead of a gentleman who was there most of the time who has no business being employed at this establishment. He wore his mask around his chin and when an older gentleman asked him if he could pull it up yelled at the gentleman. When a manager came back to talk to him he put the mask up for three second and before the manager even left the building pulled it back down. Throughout the rest of our stay we continued to watch him not abide by the mandate for masks in parks and mouth back to guests and coworkers while we ate our food from outside the park on the patio there. I would recommend doing anything you can to avoid this place. The restaurant in the actual lodge upstairs was quite good and not to be confused with this cafe.

Not sure exactly what I was expecting when I saw that food costs were relatively “inexpensive”, but it ended up sucking. Probably because national parks have to serve burgers medium well and probably because it was a fast food equivalent. The service at a regular fast food restaurant is probably better, and your food comes out hot… The saving grace was a cold beer and a nice patio after a long hike. That part was appreciated every day… The outside bartender was a nice guy and seemed to be in better spirits… If only his IPA had been of normal strength. Womp womp.

We didn’t bring food, but we were pleasantly surprised to find this little cafe for to go food. Lots of options, we got sandwiches. I also loved that the water bottles were metal and refillable since we were dumb and forgot water. Can’t beat this picnic view!!
