Very impressive breakfast in every way. I don’t write reviews but noticed this restaurants reviews were at 4.3 and believe that is way low. The server was very friendly an prompt. The food was excellent, I had the breakfast steak and it was actually a very nice piece of meat cooked to perfection. The pancakes were excellent and came with the meal (3) instead of toast. We asked for extra crispy potatoes and onions and they were done perfectly. Can’t think of a thing they could have done better!

I ordered the trout dinner at noon. My boyfriend got the Irish breakfast. We did debate getting the Lumberjack special that had six eggs for $13. Crazy, I wanted something a bit less greasy and sweet and the trout was great. Came with salad. Ordered soup after the waitress checked to see if it was being made. Glad she did. Ham and bean. Pretty tasty. Came with fries and they were good. It was hard finding fish in this area, which I thought would be plentiful. Staff was really attentive and friendly. Bathroom had several flies. Overall, a decent experience and I would recommend it to others.

The house-made mozzarella sticks are AMAZING!! We were a bit late picking up our order and they took the time to quickly remake them so that they were fresh out of the fryer.

My husband and I stopped on our way through to our final destination. We both ordered from their hamburger menu. The food came out quickly. It was fresh and very tasty. The service was good and all employees were very friendly. I had the Montreal Burger. It was awesome. My husband liked his Cozart Burger. The menu had some traditional items and a few we had never heard of.

At today’s prices, I’m not going to put up with sub par food. I ordered a Reuben and crispy fries. It was served quickly and the fries were crispy. The sandwich bread was barely hot, let alone grilled. The bottom bread slice was soggy like a sponge. Once I got my server’s attention away from an employees gab fest, I asked for a replacement of the soggy bread. By the time I got it, the whole sandwich was soggy and cold. I asked for a new sandwich. I got one, but the plate was wet. I stuck some napkins under my sandwich and enjoyed a properly prepared Reuben.

Excellent down home food and excellent service but we bought with a gift card and there’s no way to tip our servee with a gift card. If we didn’t have cash we wouldn’t have been able to tip her. Please fix this one thing.

Honestly not a great experience, our food wasn’t great. I got a ribeye that was actually a round steak. Having boxes out that show Gordon food on them is not exactly great either.

Stopped for a quick late lunch, had a hot ham and cheese sandwich on a toasted sub bun. Normally it comes with coleslaw on the sandwich, but I left it off. All sandwiches come with potato chips and homemade chip dip…..wish this place was close to home so I could eat there all the time
